1. The room was reasonably clean and better overall than many Hotels in Tbilisi claim to be 4 star. 2. Room size was decent for a short family stay. 3. Despite its limitations, it was one of the better budget options in Kutaisi. 1. No dinner / restaurant service available – no on-site restaurant operating at night. 2. The room was on the ground floor, though numbered like a first-floor room (Room 114), causing confusion. 3. Air conditioning was weak, not sufficient for warm evenings. 4. Hotel staff lacked hospitality – no greetings, no smiles, no basic courtesy. 5. Breakfast was below average, with very limited options. 6. Bathroom was poorly equipped – no hand shower or bidet spray, making it inconvenient for families, especially those with kids.

There was no electricity and water in the morning time, around 4 hours. They don’t even have a back up source for power supply ( generator or inverter)

It’s location was close to everything. Whether you wanted to walk or drive. Was not as advertised and the price point was awful. The pictures looked nothing like where we stayed. Damaged walls and floors, we almost left the first night. Went to out something in the fridge, it was not plugged in nor was there a way to plug it in. So many more things were wrong but not enough space or time to keep explaining.
