Nice room in this Boutique hotel. In the city center. Arranged transport to the airport at 4am. We asked for an hairdrier and the answer was not available. But indeed we found it in a drawer when we left the room.

No natural light in the room - windows into corridor. No sound proofing, feels like there is lack of privacy

I didn't like the bad odor of the bathroom. although the room and bathroom was spotless there was a bad odor coming from the drains probably due to old installations.

Everything. Amazing building with old furniture.

There are a lot of adventages of this hotel - it's in the center very close to main atractions of Kutaisi. It's clean and the rooms are specious. It's equiped with everything you need for one-two nights. Also, it's very clean and common rooms are very unique and interesting. The receptionist was very polite. In one moment there was no water (it lasted for 10 minutes) he came to the room in the same second, he called someone - he tool the responsability even if the problem was not his directly. Comfort. The bed in our room was sooooo uncomfortable plus very noisy. Pillows were not comforrable too. Isolation is poor - to me personaly that is not problem but may be to other people. Other things were totally fine.

The rooms were spacious. The beds were also good to sleep in and the space/rooms were pretty much clean (floors, beds, bathrooms). We had AC in each room I visited, which we used for heating the space up. The staff was really helpful and kind. We were there in the end of january as a group of friends (we took 3 rooms and other party took 2). Most of the rooms were okay (nothing special, but not bad) but for me and my partner the room we got was at the upper floor and it was kinda bad. We got our first room in which there was a terrible smoke smell. We got our room changed (which was super nice) but the other room had also a little bit of smoking smell. As I said, we were there in end of january so if the AC was not runnig all the time, there was really fast really cold (in the middle of night, the AC started to make really loud noise, so we turned it off and woke up to cold room).

Location and good enough for the value They should have informed us earlier about the kitchen renovation and that there won’t be breakfast. Breakfast with a cost was advertised while we booked it.

We have chosen the rooms with colors and views to tha backyard and with windows. What we have got was a greyish room that had bearly a window in the room, and a window in the bathroom that opens to the corridor( with someone who knows the window, it’s easily seen from outside. It was disturbing for me. ) We showed the manager the rooms that we booked vie booking.com but they said all the others room are full. If you cant arrange the rooms properly, don’t put a selection option for the rooms. I have chosen this hotel just because rooms seemed so nice, colorful and authentic and they didint give us those rooms.

The room was very spacious and the location of the hotel is right in the city center near many stores, restaurants, and monuments. The tv in the room connects to Netflix. They provide tea bags, coffee, toilet paper, toiletries, etc. The WiFi was spotty and inconsistent. You have to throw all toilet paper in the trash and they didn’t clean every day. We booked a room with a king bed and we got a room with a full bed so it was quite cramped when sleeping.

Good location, room was big Price was low but quite an unpleasant stay. Bed was very hard and creaky, had a dent. Toilet had an unpleasant odour. Fridge was not cold. Shower water was not hot.

WiFi didn’t work during my stay

It was very clean, hotel’s owner and his family are very friendly and cooperated. It was in the center near to everything I booked family room, when I go there I found they are 3 separated rooms on the same floor , I had to divide ourselves as parents so we don’t leave any of our kids alone . Beds were not comfortable and they make loud noise.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond, offering excellent day trips and organizing smooth transfers both to/from the airport and even to Tbilisi. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made the stay special was the host Lasha — absolutely incredible! Friendly, helpful, always available, and willing to assist with even the most unusual requests. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kutaisi!

Very comfortable bed. Refrigerator, kettle and hairdryer in the room. Charming facade. Nice stair at the back with roses all around it. Convenient central location. The place is not really a hotel but rather a big antique house with rooms for rent, run by a family who apparently lives in it. They are hospitable and hardworking but the construction lacks the basic features to offer proper rest. The walls are too thin and everything can be heard, from noisy guests during the night to the owners and cleaners in their routine activities since morning. The rooms on the third floor can't be darkened enough for sleep either.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Misleading Listing and Unsafe for Families! Absolutely Horrible Experience – Misleading Listing and Unsafe for Families! This place should not be listed as a "3-room apartment" — that is a flat-out lie. What you actually get are 3 completely separate rooms, with no internal connection and zero common space. For a family with small children, this was a total disaster. We had no way to reach our kids without going outside through a public corridor. And since there was only ONE key, the kids had to lock themselves in at night to feel safe, which meant we were completely cut off from them. I had no access to my own children in case of emergency — completely unacceptable and horrifying. One of the rooms looked and felt like a cell, with a tiny, high window that had no curtain, no way to reach it, and light pouring in at sunrise. The other rooms had windows facing the corridor, which is constantly lit, noisy, and filled with cigarette smoke. People walk by all night, talking loudly — it was impossible to sleep. And don’t even get me started on the doors — they have transparent glass panels, so you can see people walking right past your room, and the light shines straight in. There is no way to block it, no privacy, and absolutely no chance of restful sleep. It felt more like being in a bus station or a public hallway than a place where you’re supposed to relax. The building itself is a maze — definitely not a hotel, just some old house chopped into rooms, with no elevator. You have to haul your luggage up a steep flight of stairs, then through a strange living room, then back outside, and then up another staircase to reach your room. And yes — the corridor is completely outside, so you’re exposed to the cold, the wind, the smoke, and all the noise. It all comes right into the room. And honestly, I don’t even want to talk about the water in the shower or the noisy, buzzing fridge — it was pure torment. This wasn’t a vacation, it was torture. Avoid this place like the plague.

Facebook.com Kutaisi The hotel used to be a grand old house, and it still retains a lot of charm. My room. was large with high ceilings and tall windows that let in loads of light. There was a sofa, a small fridge, kettle and air-conditioning unit. Wifi worked well. Close to the fountain in the centre and very easy to walk all.over the city. Next door is Cafe Fleur which has decent coffee. The manager was helpful. Would stay again if I'm back in Kutaisi.
