The Grand Piano Hotel

A cute room in a beautiful building. We found the room to be a bit cramped, but we really enjoyed the tasty breakfast. It was too hot in the room, even in October. There were no basic items like cups or a tea set in the room.

The place is so cozy and clean. Staff were amazing and friendly felt like family. The rooms are good value for money and location is just 3 mins away from the center where there is a mall, restaurants, exchange centers, and alot of shops. Everything was perfect. It’s a great value for money. Rooms are a bit small but still great price for such price & service

It’s amazing place

The main one story house is 200 years old and has its original moulding and high ceilings. The location is convenient to the center. (The upper floor rooms were added later and do not have period details-as the booking pictures show.) My room was in the ground floor, so was also in this old style but the bathroom is modern and the shower has an enclosure. And the room had a balcony which did not look out at much but it was nice to have a sunny outdoor space. The staff person was very nice and welcoming. Nothing.

Great location and lovely staff. Would have been helpful to have a wardrobe or chest of drawers.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Close to main sites and restaurants etc.. Excellent value.

A good value for money accommodation. Even though the room was a bit outdated with no closet or drawers, it had a smart TV. The host was also very attentive and quickly helped us with our questions and requests. The parking was available in front of the accommodation. The room was cold during the night and we only got thin sheets as blankets. The host offered us a heater so that helped but good thick blankets would be nicer. The bathroom had a smell and the shower was a bit moldy. The drain in the shower was clogged up so the bathroom quickly flooded when showering.

The girl who welcomed us! Noise from the street was terrible !!!!! We had only one aim of this staying - to rest before flight !!!! It didn't happen :(

the stuff was nice. no parking despite the declaration on Booking the "lift" is a cargo winch. no central heat, and we barely had a worm (not hot) water to take a decent shower. the room that we booked smells like mold. we got 2 different rooms instead, the one with a double bed had a damaged bathroom door that didn't closed.

Centrally located, with a cozy balcony overlooking the river, and attentive staff—hosted by a welcoming family living on-site. The room was small, the bed creaked, and there was no warm water in the shower. It also got quite cold at night.

Room is okay. Host was exceptional. We played card games from the first night we met.

The location is good. The employees are friendly and polite. The beds are not comfortable. It is a bit problematic in terms of cleaning.
