Location It wasn’t the cleanest, we left with many bugs spiders bites and towels and bed sheets smelled bad, also there isnt many workers inside hotel .

Facing the river and only a few minutes from the old town. Walking distance to Gelati monastery. Rooms were large Bathroom was small and bit dated, curtains did not fully cover the doors facing the street and outside light seeped in

Great location, very clean room and comfortable bed. They waited me on airport 1h after midnight, smile and pleasant behavior, I was feeling really welcome in Kutaisi. Communication with owner was great too. Definitely for recommendation! I couldn't ask for more.

I stayed at Hotel Traveler in Kutaisi and had a wonderful experience The room was spacious clean and beautifully designed with a stunning river view The hotel is close to the city center and the host was extremely friendly and helpful I will definitely come back again

Good location by the river, close to many restaurants. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. The room had a balcony with the view of a river. Good hairdryer which is rare in many hotels. Overall it's good for the price and I would stay here again. The room was a bit cold at night even with the AC on for heating. Also it was a bit unusual to not have 24/7 reception at a hotel but the manager is reachable through WhatsApp.

Despite being the only guest in the hotel due to the off-peak season, the staff remained fully present and attentive to ensure my comfort. Their dedication was truly heartwarming. What impressed me the most was their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. When the bidet in my washroom started leaking overnight, I woke up to find the floor full of water. Without hesitation, the staff manually dried the entire floor using towels, putting in hard work just to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced. Their genuine care and effort left me in awe. The manager personally checked in on me multiple times, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such personalized attention in a hotel, and this level of service truly sets 3 Star Hotel Traveler apart. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi. The combination of warm hospitality, dedicated staff, and exceptional service makes it an absolute gem. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like family, this is the place to be. There was nothing that I didn't like. The stay was unexpectedly more than perfect.

I loved the hotel . The staff is very friendly , the place is very clean , the hotel driver is a nice man I went on a tour with him for two days he showed me a round and was very friendly and helpful . I definitely recommend this hotel .

Friendly staff, comfortable room, close to many amenities, I would definitely recommend to other people and if I go back to Kutaisi, I would stay here again for sure. Shower pressure could be stronger.

This hotel is a very good option for one night in Kutaisi: cheap, good location, all the basics. The bed was not comfortable. And a sitting chair could have been useful in the room.

The receptionist Doru was extremely helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel should have some upgrades as the overall room was a let down

Everything was perfect, really really really recommend!!
