Always Niseko

The breakfast was good and had lots of options. I felt as though it was worth the money as I didn't have to deal with figuring out food in the morning before going skiing. The shuttle was great and ran frequently. They people running the front desk were amazing and helped us get our ski gear onto our next location. Location is a little bit out of the way. but you can totally walk to downtown from there. The shower head was the absolute worst. It was painful to stand underneath and didn't get hot enough.

Breakfast could use more healthy Asian options. Also, sometimes parking spaces were on the verge of running out.

Clean, comfortable, well priced and a short walk from the village.

We were a bit disappointed to find out that a king bed is two single bed put together there for it created a gap in between the two making it uncomfortable. We also mentioned that we paid 2,800 yen per person for breakfast when it was advertised 1,500 on our booking when we approached staff they apologised and said they needed to update the price. We just felt if something was advertised then we should get that price. We understand that there were different prices for different times of the year but that should be updated regularly.

I like that they provide shuttle busses to/from Hirafu Welcome center and gondola entrances.

Bed and pillow were tp hard

It was at a great location. The staff were really friendly and I wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

I think many of the rooms are quite compact. We had a corner room and it was way bigger than we expected. Super clean and comfortable with a cool modern feel. The best was the shuttle staff. We spent a ton of time with them and they were a wealth of information. We are coffee drinkers and there wasn't coffee in the room. They serve coffee downstairs, which was good but spendy. The location could be considered a negative, but the shuttle service makes up for being a bit away from the walkable shops, bars, restaurants, etc

Spacious rooms, free shuttle to town, places to store your gear, hospitable staff! No coffee provided in room, vending machines didn’t always work!

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The location was okay — they do provide a shuttle service, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from town to the hotel. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel is the best deal in town. The hotel shuttle van from and to the mountain every 30 minutes or so. If you arrive at the Hirafu welcome center you can get a free direct ride to the hotel. All buses from Chitose Airpoet or Chitose JR train station arrive at this center. I wished someone made it clear before I was there. It's a little walk to town, but doable.
