Cute little hotel in a cool location Pillows were too thin and the beds were quite hard. Also, the dryer wasn’t great for my laundry either

Its easy to get the locations mixed up, we went to the wrong one... in the rain. The room was also a bit small, which was advertised, and it was cheap, so worth it, but still a little cramped with three travelers and their luggage.

If I had to complain about anything, it would only be that the pillows were pretty flat, so that was slightly uncomfortable. But besides that small thing, everything was great!

Good location, easy check in, fair amenities, accomodating staff, clean rooms The room was tight and cramped for the price. Barely enough room to move, let alone put luggage for three people. It was almost comical trying to maneouver in the room with three people.

Fantastic location, it’s so close to so much great stuff in kyoto. nice staff, comfortable, fantastic value for the money. beds were pretty hard and the room had one tv in a weird location.

Quiet. Not too nosy and letting us mind our own business. Location of the property is near bus stops.. subways.. convenient stores.. and restaurants.. None! Its perfect.

Clean, large rooms, comfortable, good AC Only one washer and dryer. I HATED that there are no stairs. There is only one elevator for staff and guests and you have to wait FOREVER just to go one floor down. They really need to make the stairs accessible.
