We really enjoyed the size of the room, the amenities offered and the staff were very helpful and kind. The beds were extremely stiff, and out of the way of everything we wanted to do. However that is more of a personal preference rather than an issue on their part.

This hotel is right in the area of the Kyoto tower and train station. It is beautiful. The suite we stayed in was exceptional and worked well for our four-person family (parents and two almost adult children). The fitness room was very well maintained and equipped. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone in our group. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming.

Next to Kyoto station, room was large size, very comfortable beds and pillows. Nothing.

It’s big hotel n very beautiful, location is also good , 2-3min walking to the station, Actually this is the only hotel where the WiFi doesn’t work , they don’t provide even body lotion in the room, restaurant get close by 8pm, staff is really rude n not understanding , very unfriendly

All in all it was a beautiful, upscale hotel, well designed. The room service robot gave us a fun experience and has made good conversation with our friends. KIng size bed is HUGE - bigger than American King. Nice art and design. Can’t say anything negative except maybe the price.

Hotel is very modern, new and in a fantastic location in the middle of the city and very close to the Railway Station and amenities. We had a suite that was large and very well decorated and included a balcony screened in by a small garden which gave it a genuine feel of added space and true Japanese ambiance. Facilities in the suite were excellent. The balcony faced the Railway Station which was noisy with the door open but with really good glazing no sound could be heard when the door was closed. Rooms therefore are quiet and way bigger when compared to other hotels in Japan. The hotel has 2 restaurants and a cafe and all were problematic for food quality and selection. The Italian themed restaurant was expensive for average quality and the key Japanese restaurant was beautifully decorated but the food was very expensive and way below par on quality. Breakfast choices were again limited with only the Italian themed restaurant offering a very limited and expensive option. We just have cereal and fruit for breakfast and at $60 a go was forgetable. Lifts can become crowded when package groups come in all at once which was a regular afternoon occurrence.

It is extremely clean, everything smells good. The Japanese style room is amazing, spacious, well decorated, the garden is so nice. The staff is polite and well trained. It is really a special place! Nothing to note.

Modern, beautifully designed hotel. Very convenient location near train station (even with luggage you can easily walk there if you arrive by train). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Gym well equipped. Breakfast buffet with many choices is expensive but a la carte ordering is possible. Saune use not included in the room charge. Spa services are extra which is normal but sauna visit should be free for guests. Not much else to compplain!
