The staff was sooooo helpful and polite, made me feel at home. Super good on location, quiet zone but subway 1 block away and 3 min away from kyoto station...super cheap for the value. Comfortable and cozy. Super recommende

Heater blew freezing cold air whole stay, when turned off was still blowing cold air but at lower rate. Remote buttons for unit were not correct (trying to tyrn air down increased the coldness & amount blown). Eventually was able to turn it off my last morning.

The location is a short 5min walk to Jujo station. The exit has a lift so it’s easy to drag your luggage from the train station. If you’re driving, there is a parking lot next to the hotel that costs ¥400 for overnight parking after 6pm. The bed is comfortable and clean! the toilet is also decent sized for Japan’s standards. The TV has chrome cast so you can watch Youtube/Netflix/Disney+ if you have an account. They provide amenities in the lobby so you cna pick up what you need before heading up your room. If you don’t need to clean your room, you can request for towels only. They also give water every 2 nights. The room is a little small, we could open 2 big luggage’s but had to constantly step over them. The carpet also looked dirty, we could see stains on them.

The carpet in the hall and room had a great lot of stains. Still, the staff was very nice and helpful, and I will definitely stay here again.

Good price, good location with easy access to the subway Communication (in English) was a little difficult at the beginning. Staff could have been a bit more helpful when we arrived.
