Nice hotel and located at a very quiet location of Kyoto. Station is just 10 mins walkable distance and can easily walk around with your luggage. Hotel is clean and quite. We didn't use any of the facilities of the hotel as most of the time we were out but quite satisfied with the entire stay for 4 people Check in time is quite late. Although you can come early and place your luggage in the lobby and then go around for the local sightseeing or enjoy the local cuisine.

We love it ? it very near to the station, 13 minutes walking distance, and surprisingly we love the ofuro at the basement? staffs are very friendly too? We love everything so no bad impression?

A good hotel for a family of three. The room is spacious, even with three beds. The hotel's location is also excellent—close to Kyoto Station. The breakfast is good, but the coffee—from a machine—is very poor. It tastes more like instant coffee than freshly ground beans. While using the laundry facilities, I noticed that not all of the dryers work effectively. Furthermore, although the dryers have instructions stating that the internal lint filters must be cleaned, there is no designated place to dispose of the lint. As a result, the laundry room gets very dirty, with lint scattered all over the floor. I mentioned this to the reception staff, and I hope they will be able to address this issue in the future. Additionally, there is often a long wait to use the dryers; because some of the dryers take so long to dry clothes, people end up occupying three out of the four units, leaving others to wait for their turn.

Location was convenient from Kyoto Station and several train and bus lines to major sites. Although on a larger street, you can’t hear any street noise in the room. The room for three people was decent size. Easy check in and out process. Public bath was good. If staying with a child, you’ll need to specify if bedding is required (for a cost) even if you’ve selected the Standard Twin Room (2 beds + sofa bed), otherwise the sofa bed won’t be set up for use. It was a minor miscommunication.

Great hotel to explore Kyoto and Kansai, we totally loved it. It's not in the city center but it's so comfortable, rooms are spacious and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. Most of the options are Japanese/Asian, so if you prefer a continental breakfast with croissants and 3 types of bread, this may not be the best choice for you. But it was a great way for us to adjust our palate to Japanese flavors. Food is super fresh and great quality. My inlaws, who are in their seventies and never ate Asian food, were blown away and tried every dish available at breakfast, including the different soups, grilled fish, breakfast salads and rice with toppings. Staff was also very friendly and professional, beds were very comfortable, the whole hotel is super clean. The public bath accepts tattoed people, so I was able to enjoy it. Incredibly relaxing after a day spent walking through Kyoto temples and sanctuary. Totally recommend this hotel. We liked everything, it was great!

Very nice hotel. Easy check in. Bag storage until check in. Walking distance to kyoto station. Very clean friendly environment. Breakfast is served main lobby and has a spa or bath house lower level for guest.
