We had the worst experience with this hotel the staff did not offer help with the reserve and we had to pay more for room and breakfast. This hotel do not thing that they have to help the customers the useless staff

Room size was good compared to many Japanese hotels, breakfast was excellent location good for station.

The property was very close to Kyoto railway station, making travel easy and convenient. The location is very perfect. I feel the room is not spacious. It’s very small. Even the bathroom is also very small for the family. It won’t be helpful.

Central location was great, amazing smelling lobby, Beautiful design of lobby Room was a bit small. Laundry on property but only 2 machines which were always in use. Need more. Tv had indicator if machines were in use but it wasn’t always accurate.

Breakfast was GREAT! Lots to choose from and although very busy timing didnt feel congested. Lots of food! Inability for staff to call us a taxi at the actual hotel. I brought my 80+ year old parents with luggage and staff told us to go to train station to get a taxi. Unsure of why they could not help us get a cab from the hotel. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, which had around two hundred stores and places to eat. There was also a 7-Eleven near the hotel. We enjoyed the ropes in the room and the spaciousness of the room. N/A

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lots of food choices, great prices, the massage was excellent and affordable. Having a Lawsons convenience store on the property was a huge bonus. Pillows need an upgrade, to soft.

The breakfast was good. Unfortunately we missed the first day, did not know there was a cut off time. Room higher up with a view. We were across from a constrruction site. the beds and pillows were too hard.

Murat from your Journey Ambassador department was an absolute professional.. kind, helpful and courteous. He was one of the first to welcome us and extend any help we may need .. and saw us off on our departure. Super nice Guy he is a credit to your hotel. Would highly recommend your hotel. The location was great .. the train station a 5-7 minutes walk.. couldn’t ask for much more.. This is not a complaint more of an observation. The buffer breakfast on the ground floor has a great variety of food items, more often than not its busy and a tad hectic. It’s a shame that more attention and maybe a little more team leadership given to keeping a keener eye on food replenishment, cups and cutlery top up and coffee and milk replenishment. It’s a buffet .. food and items go fast.. l Just think more focus needs to be given to keeping the ball rolling better and smoother.

The location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast They often get big crowds from cruise ship and we had a very loud family moving next-door to us, but the front desk was very accommodating and gave is a new room.

There is no parking available during the daytime.
