Hotel was in a fantastic location with amazing staff. The hotel was very clean and the room was confortable. Room could be a bit bigger but I assume this is normal for Japan.

All the amenities are great. Interesting to stay at a hotel that are nature friendly. The atmosphere is hip and young! It was okay, mostly my bad for not being aware of the room size. The photos gave me a misimpression that the room is more spacious than what it is. Make sure to check the size of the room before booking. Breakfast was okay. The building and the room seems modern but I think it would be nice for a younger family.

The size of the rooms, cleanliness and amenities were just spectacular- I will be thinking about Japan just because of this hotel - location was central and even the breakfast was excellent Nothing to complain !

Excellent rooms in a great location in Kyoto. Excellent breakfast. Short walk to great shopping and fantastic places to eat. Room was fantastic with nice balcony and great air conditioning. We had lounge access which had nice treats and drinks. The lobby is on the 4th floor so there is some back and forth with that but not a big deal. Very small laundry facilities if you need them.

Gorgeous room. Everything well considered. Loved the chocolate macaroons that welcome you on the table, the colors are welcoming, the beds and linens are comfortable, and the size of the room is great.

Rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. The in room coffee was amazing. While the gym was nice, it was small. Also, the wait for elevators were long at times.

Everything - this is a great hotel in the heart of Kyoto. Easy to get anywhere you want to visit. The hotel itself is incredibly calm, clean and relaxing. The rooms are extremely comfortable and private. Would happily stay there again. Nothing - this is a great hotel.

Clean, large room, great location, comfortable pyjamas. The decorative slats on the windows cut out some of the natural light. There was no body lotion in the room. The elevator automatically opened on the 4th floor (lobby) on every elevator ride.

We absolutely loved our stay at Good Nature Hotel Kyoto. The hotel manages to be both environmentally conscious and also luxurious, which is not always easy to achieve. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Kawaramachi Suite and were amazed by how spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed it was. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring Kyoto on foot. Being able to walk to Nishiki Market, Pontocho Alley, and Gion was a huge bonus. We would happily stay here again! Nothing – we only wish we could have stayed longer!
