Good location, 1 stop from main station by subway and 15-20 minutes walking distance to city center. Comfortable spacious rooms, great bed, with 2 kinds of pillows for each guest. Very good western breakfast with less eastern options. Bathroom could be bigger.

The hotel is very well located, by metro and by bus. All the areas are renovated and it is very comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with many options. The receptionist was a little bit unpolite during the check-in. We paid our stay in advance via booking but he said that it was not paid. Instead of re-checking his files, he pushed us to show proof of our payment.

All in all great experience. The hotel was modern and clean. It was the little touches. Cold water, good coffee, and extremely quiet. Quick access to public transit and no insane crowds. The location is a bit out of the way.

Excellent location, 3 blocks to subway station. Lots of restaurants in area. Room and beds were comfortable. We stayed 6 nights and were happy to have this hotel as our base for our outings. We loved the baths on the 13th floor. My husband and I used them daily. All the time we were there using them, we each found in our respective baths, that most often we were the only ones in there. So, it was like having our own private onsens! Perhaps because we started our day that way, might be one of the reasons we didn't see others using them...but still...the baths are an absolute bonus! Highly recommend using them. The overwhelming perfume scent when you walk into main entrance of hotel. It was so strong that it discouraged us from sitting in the lounge area for a drink. Also, as we've found in so many hotels so far in Japan, is that there is not much space to store clothing or other personal items. We did have some...and it's fortunate that we have only carry on type of suitcases and 1 backpack each...so I can't imagine how people with big suitcases manage!

Friendly staff, extremely clean, comfortable bed, nice building, breakfast was good, silent. GYM was poor, no machines and limited dumbbells.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel provided a lot of travel necessities and the room was as advertised. It was comfortable and more spacious than expected. The hotel is located close to a subway station which was very convenient.

The cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. We loved the lobby cafe and what they offered. Overall, our stay far exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back. I had no issue whatsoever.
