It's very close to the Kyoto station The moment I get there, the staff basically was ignoring me (she was in the phone with a customer I guess) and I wait for more than 10 minutes until someone appeared to help me with the check in. She didn't say anything like, wait a moment or please do this. And my room I could see was not that clean, especially the bathroom

Close to the train station. It’s dirty, smelly, noisy, and staff is not helpful.

Breakfast was ok. We were not expecting breakfast for the price we pay owe night. Having storage for bags after check out.

Location. The dirtiest hotel that I have stayed so far. Very low maintenance. The room was dusty and moldy. Specially, the moldy smell in the room made me quite uncomfortable. It gave me headaches. The bathtube drainage was blocked. The sleepers in the room were used, with a sign that they were sterilized. Even so, they looked dirty and there was a hole in one of them.

If you like trains, this is located right near the tracks and you can hear everything. It's also far enough away from the station to get good exercise, and located on the other side of most everything you want to visit and see.
