Nice location for a slightly longer stay—very comfortable/safe/walkable/convenient neighborhood, close to Kyoto Station and many bus stops. Standard APA room, small but comfortable. Decent breakfast for the price if you prefer in-hotel to going out for breakfast. For a 10 day stay, the breakfast got monotonous; not my favorite spread compared to other APA locations I've stayed at. It's good, but not the best I've seen.

It's convenient to several bus stops if you're using the bus lines, a short walk to the station, and of course near several convenience stores. Easy access to several shrines, lots of shopping, all very walkable. Pretty standard APA room (small), but comfortable if you don't have too much luggage. I stayed at several APA hotels this trip, and all of them had underwhelming breakfasts—I don't know if it was just the locations we were at, or if inflation has lead to cost-cutting measures? It's fine, and still a good value if you want the convenience of starting your day with a buffet instead of a going out to a cafe, but it wasn't as great as previous trips.

Pretty much everything I paid for breakfast and the first day I was unable to have breakfast due to last call is at 9:30 they need to remind customers if customers pay for breakfast they must have it or reimbursement has to be done

Very convenient location, easy access with simple check in and out, helpful staff. Tiny rooms, if you’re any taller than 6 foot you will struggle. Smoke smell permeated the entire hallway into unit even though I selected a non smoking unit. A/C didn’t work, had to crack a window the whole night.

It was exactly as advertised - good value & in a great location. The room was comfortable enough - small but that was fine. the lack of wifi was odd in this day and age

I liked how there was a convenience store next door. I also liked the options offered on the TV The room was quite snug, the bathroom was also pretty small, and they also offered porn on the TV (lol). You had to press a switch to turn the fridge on and check out was pretty early (10am).

Probably the APA hotel with the best breakfast buffet I've seen. Great options for vegetarians. I can't think of something I didn't like.

APA hotels are already a guarantee for us. Small rooms but for a good price. Everyting clean, functional and a lot of personal care products. In this APA they have 3 washing/drying machines at the 11th floor. ??

Location was perfect but hard to find originally. Close to everything , 7-11 and Lawson and plenty of restaurants. Very nice , clean and with more then enough amenities. Great staff, very attentive, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Rooms were clean and clean towels, cups , coffee and everything else that was needed was left in the plastic bag on the door. Rooms were cleaned every three days. Will definitely stay here again. Nothing
