The location was very pleasant and comfortable, featuring spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, complimentary drinks, and activities for families. It was also conveniently within walking distance of the station. I would certainly visit again. The breakfast is a bit too expensive for what is on offer. Some dishes ran out, and they were not restocked. It's still convenient if you want to save time; otherwise, for the same amount, there are better options.

Very comfortable hotel, with a very good breakfast, free self-service ice cream buffet in the afternoon, free self-service Sake/Wine/Beer buffet in the evening. It is an incredible hotel, with a price tag that is way below what it offers.

Nothing in particular. Only thing is if it rains, there’s no sheltered walk from the station to the hotel as the hotel is still few minutes away from the nearest underground path exit.

Amazing staff, free drinks during happy hours and with free workshops during the afternoon, really enjoyed the stay. Location was the best. Really close to Kyoto station which connected us to all the places we wanted to visit.

The hotel entryway had a glass-enclosed stream with lush garden that was lovely. The breakfast was a big buffet with great selections. Everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. There was a raised tatami floor by the window for our luggage in the room. The location was great, only a block away from fabulous Kyoto Station! The sink had very little counter space. Otherwise, perfect!
