The room was spartan. We just needed it as an overnight stay after landing in Japan at Kansai International Airport. It is located within a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. Great breakfast! One of the best breakfast buffet lunches for the price anywhere. Delicious. Great variety. Japanese and Western food was excellent. It being so close to Kyoto Station made our next-morning Bullet Train ride a breeze. The room was small. Barely enough room to accommodate our meager amount of luggage. That's about it.

It was very close to Kyoto Station, an easy walk. Quiet area. AC worked perfectly. The room was very clean with all amenities.

Everything is great only the room size is small. With the price, it is expected. Close to the train station and nice facility, wonderful staffs.

Clean and comfortable and next door to station. Convenient location with shops and walkable(3-4km) to some of the major sightseeing locations. Rooms a bit small for two people but it is what it is and was expected. Not much flexibility for check-in time, 15h00 on the dot. Only 1 x international channel on TV(BBC World) although I was not there to watch TV but would be nice to nod off to other options when about to sleep.

The single room was a tad smaller than I expected maybe a smaller bed mattress, like a twin size, would have more space for a single adult room.

It’s convenient for transit . The pillows are very comfortable . It’s a little dusty under the bed when we pull out the luggage . The bathroom is a little small.
