Bit far from Kyoto station. 3 blocks away? Otherwise free breakfast breads are so tasty. Compact small hotel but has everything. Many restaurants are around hotel. Only two washing machines with security locks so I had to go all night to check if they finish or not, but even they finish, still locked so can’t use anyway. Washing day I couldn’t sleep!! Need some system to notify ending to washing person. Or no locks and put basket etc.

Staff were very helpful in figuring out luggage transfer to next hotel. Called to confirm hotel location and reservation which was confusing due to similarly named hotel at different area. Could get a bit noisy especially if other guests are not trying to be quiet at night. Mentioned to front desk who got a little confused and messaged us saying we were being a bit loud.

Close to Kyoto station and lots of transport options. Several good restaurant options are a few steps from the door. Laundry service on site (but you did have to catch it at a good time). Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are the small you'd expect for a travel hotel in Japan, but a good place to lay our heads at night and then adventure during the day. Walls are a bit thin and could hear your neighbors if they were even a little bit loud.

Great location. Excellent staff. Nice selection of free amenities in lobby. Very helpful staff!!! Wish I could have kept my key as a souvenir. I wish there were more coffees offered per day.

The room was spacious and just a few minutes’ walk from Kyoto Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The walls aren’t very soundproof, so if your neighbors are loud you’ll be able to hear them.

Staff is really nice It's not a 4 star hotel and you can notice it! I don't know why it says it is a 4 star hotel and in Google it says 3 stars. It is def a 3 star hotel. They don't clean everyday, don't put water in the rooms, the windows don't have blackout, there isn't any toiletries in the room. I feel I was scammed because I reserved here based on a big "discount" i was getting

Location is great, no breakfast offers. Staff is great, and very helpful. No breakfast offers, pillows are not comfortable, no laundry services ( could have used time to do sightseeings, instead of doing laundry!)

The staff was amazing and willing to assist any time we needed them. Also having the option to wash our clothes or getting good tasting drinkable water whenever we needed was a good addition. Also the location was excellent.

This is not a hotel - rather AirBnB. Though price tag is similar to that of hotels nearby, this bldg has no facilities such as lobby, lounges, just a small reception with no proper seating. I stayed the best suite of the bldg. but everything was cheaply made. cheap bathroom, furniture. what most disappointed was that 4pm check in with no flexibility of early check in.

Locarion is 10 min walk from the train. After a long day of walking its a bit far. Also the laundry machines were not so clean

The room is so tidy and clean. The stuffs are polite and willing to answer all the questions.

The property was clean. The staff was nice. The location was quiet but had restaurants and shops nearby and not too far from busier parts of town. Comfortable bed. Good AC The bathroom was extremely small but I think that’s just kind of standard for Japan so I can’t really complain too much. Just something to be aware of I guess. Also, the window in our room was frosted for presumably privacy purposes but it made the room feel very claustrophobic. A bit like a prison as we Couldn’t even see outside. I really didn’t like that and I wish it’d been made more obvious. I’m pretty Sure all the photos show normal windows.
