The hotel was centrally located and near bus stops and short walk to Kyoto station that took us to where we needed to go (Arashiyama, Nijo castle, shopping). The beds were super comfy and my whole family loved our stay. Thank you!

Breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant is nice and feels modern but cozy. I ended up with a room on the side of the building that is adjacent to another residence building. So, the curtains needed to be drawn closed the entire time. It was a bit uncomfortable to not have natural lighting. I would be sure not to have those rooms if staying here again.

Breakfast is perfect, and delicious. Hotel located only 8 mins walk away from Kyoto station. There is no table or desk for working with laptop inside the room. I booked with dinner. For dinner only 3 options every day which is unchanged.

No bath in my guest room.
-
Very clean and modern hotel with great front-desk staff. Room was relatively well sized for Japanese standards, coming with a small lounge and desk. We found ourselves commuting to the train station fairly frequently, which isn't particularly far but not super close either - about 10min walk each way. Lighting within the rooms could have also been brighter.

Very clean, nice size room, comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast.

Room was decent but very small especially for 3 people. Property wasn’t in an ideal location, Breakfast was mediocre and poor lighting in the room.

The hotel is as beautiful as listed, and the rooms were clean! The staff were incredibly nice, accommodating and my request for a room with a view of the Nidec Kyoto Towers were also acceded! The hotel is located approximately 7-10min walk from Kyoto Station and about 5 mins walk from a few bus stops which makes it easy to travel about! There were several convenient stores and restaurants located around the hotel that were delicious as well! All in all a 10/10 for convenience, vibes and stay! Nothing! It was perfect!

Just average Repetitive avery day

Upgraded/new. Spacious room. Only hotel I been too whee the toilet seat or bidet water was not warm. Not very soundproof, could hear noise from cleaning crew in the hallway.
-
We could walk to Kyoto Station in less than 10 minutes. We had a lot of day trips planned to different areas so being so close to the station was ideal. Staff was super helpful and breakfast was great!
-
Clean, spacious hotel conveniently within walking distance of Kyoto Station. Room had a nice view, and the onsite restaurant was exceptional.
-
The hotel is close to kyoto statio, check-in was smooth and the rooms look very nice and are very clean

The staff were very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast excellent, though they need more coffee stations or more efficient coffee machines. Comfortable beds. The interior designer gets an "F" score. 1. The lobby has a reflective umbrella and ceiling feature creating a claustrophobic feeling. And one has to navigate around about 50 large suitcases from tour groups to get to the elevator. Suggestion: Remove the umbrella and reflective ceiling feature. Relocate suitcases. 2. The lighting on the room number signage creates a harsh shadow behind making them hard to read. Suggestion: Backlight the room number signage to reduce the shadow. 3. As you enter the guestroom there is a small area for luggage with drawers below that are full. Suggestion: remove bathrobe from one drawer and turn it into a shelf instead. 4. The bedside stand has a fake open drawer with the light controls in it, a head knocker if you plan to access the only two shelves in the room and a great location for spilling a water glass during the night all over the light controls. Suggestion: Put light switches on the wall and supply a functional bed stand. 5. An oversized chair is beside a small round table with only one stool. Suggestion: Remove this chair. Add a stool and luggage stand. 6. The bathroom sink takes up the whole counter thus not allowing any room for personals. Suggestion: Install a smaller sink. Add shelves, towel rack and robe hook. 7. Note: when walls are painted a dark colour, lighting needs to be increased. Suggestion: add area lighting so guests can see while they pack and unpack.

The staff here were amazing! Rooms were larger than average for Japan and were quite comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options. It seemed difficult for taxi drivers to find
