Futons were comfy, room was beautiful, close to the toilet and shower room. Desk girl was nice, cleared our trash and brought us new towels.

The location was clean and it was close to transportation and the room was very nice It was kind of small and cramped for multiple people and you had to share the bathroom and kitchen with other people

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean.

The room is spacious and the amenities was great, our room is near the pantry so its pretty convenient, was able to do laundry which is a plus for us. The staff is really nice and helpful, she offered to carry our luggage during checked out even though its outside of her working hours. A little bit further walk from kyoto station but it was manageable

Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great location and the host was very sweet and accomodating. There was nice common spaces on the third and fourth floor however only two bathrooms so sometimes there was a bit of a wait. There is also a luggage lift which the host will use for you if required which was lovely :) The biggest downside was that the wifi basically wouldn't load anything and we had to rely on our mobile data. The fitted sheet on the beds also kept slipping off the corners during the night so we'd often wake up touching the mattress underneath which was a bit annoying.

There are no elevator but its very good that the building has hidden luggage lifter, the staff just entered our luggages inside a room and we went up to our room, and she delivered our luggages in there, so this was a very good thing, we wouldnt mind using the stairs for ourselves, not just for the luggages, the room was very big for us three, 7-8 people may fit in there, it was so comftable and quiet, washrooms were clean and kitchen was huge and clean as well None

Host was very friendly, the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean and only a 10 minute walk to Kyoto station.

Good location. About 10-15 minutes from Kyoto station. Accommodation is clean and cosy. Close to convenience store. No elevator to the 4th floor. The pillow was flat. Walls are thin and can hear the traffic passing by.

Large size room, futons were comfortable. Found the facilities to all be very clean. Layout of the guesthouse is a bit weird. Bathrooms located on the fourth floor with rooms on other floors. Wouldn't be great for someone who has trouble with stairs. Loud at night due to traffic noise because of its location on a main road. Good price for Kyoto, but honestly I'd probably just avoid this city altogether.

all good however if you carry a big luggage and your room.on 4th floor you have to carry up by yourself, there is no elevator :( . beside of that everything is good ?
