Near to kioto station. It didn’t look clean; there was mold on the bathroom curtain and a cockroach walking across the bed. I definitely don’t recommend it.

The location of this hotel was perfect to our needs, being so close (only a short walk) to Kyoto Station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided us with the necessary information for a comfortable stay. The room was pleasant (although compact which is typical for many hotels we stayed at while in Japan.) The breakfast was adequate, and the complimentary drinks in the evening was a very nice touch. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was great.

The location, close to the station, is great. The staff is very nice, and the room was clean. They also offer some free drinks and something to eat in the evening. The dining room is a bit small, we sometimes found it challenging to find a spot for breakfast. The coffee is not good, although I know it isn't part of the Japanese culture. There is only one lift, which is always busy, so you'll have to be patient with that.

Brekkie was ok. No enough variety. Location was handy to the center of everything. The bed was too hard and the rooms where very small.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, just around the corner from Kyoto station.

The breakfast was good. "Deluxe Twin Room"(8th floor) was noisy, probably due to the ventilation system or something else, making it impossible to sleep in such vibrating surroundings. The staff relocated us to a slightly quieter room on the 9th floor but same area, for which we were grateful, but it still didn’t completely solve the problem. We arrived late in the evening and were too tired to search for alternatives…

Customer Service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful and made us really feel at home there. The recommendations we got from the staff were always great and helped us see great things in Kyoto. Also the unexpected extras like free soft drinks all day, free alcoholic drinks in the evening, free evening snack (Chazuke) and a special traditional breakfast for new years were amazing. Breakfast Time could be a little longer, it stops at 9AM.

Breakfast was not great for us, it was more a traditional japenese breakfast, no cereal and yoghurt, no toaster, small croissants that was about it and no black tea. would not bother to book breakfast, Across the road from a big shopping centre that had heaps of places to eat. Close to railway/subway easy walk and to where the tours all left from The room was great as we had 2 king singles so it was quite big, which was great. I would now make sure if we go back to always book rooms with 2 beds it makes a difference size wise. Lots of places to eat, bars, and close to many places of interest to walk to. breakfast could have catered more for tourists

Great location! Close to Kyoto station, easy to get around. The room was clean. The hotel had a washing machine/dryer that could be used for a small fee which was very convenient. Because it is so close to the station sounds from the train was a bit loud during the night if you want to sleep with an open window.
