It is quite near to the Toji station. There is a huge mall very close to the hotel. The rooms are very small. And even the washrooms were very small. The amenities are pretty old

Location No proper cleaning service, hotel policy for cleaning rooms sucks. Room was tiny, bathroom was pathetic and super tiny.

The value of the daily rate was worth it, the breakfast was good, location is across shopping mall. If you are driving car make sure to reserve parking in advance or plenty of coin parking nearby.

Sometimes there was cigarette smell in the corridor at night, probably from some other guest. Usually disappeared in the morning when cleaning started so not a big deal.

Location was in a good distance to Kyoto station and the room was clean. Additional fees were charged before getting access to the room. Breakfast was lousy and too many persons in the room. No access to the bath with tattoos, Very small room and uncomfortable bed. No daily room service, no water availability. Smoke smell on the corridor.

Location is really convenient, just 10 min walking from Kyoto station. I came to check in the room and suddenly I was asked to pay around 400 yen for "reservation fee", which I couldn't find any information before booking the hotel. Eventhough it's just small cash but I felt like I got scammed, since it was extremely rare in Japan that I have to pay extra fee after payment. The room was somewhat clean but it was clear to see that the furniture was pretty old, i can even see the mold in the lamp.

Good value that compromises location and a bit of comfort for affordability. No issues with cleanliness or amenities though it is a bit strange that they ask guests to leave behind the key when leaving the hotel? However, at the price point I would stay again. Being asked to leave room key behind when leaving hotel with no explanation as to why.

The staff was very nice. The room i received was on highest floor, and the view was awesome. Breakfast was ok. There are computers in lobby for guests to use. check-out at 10 is generaly a bit early for my style of traveling

Rather cheap and very centrally located. Staff were excellent and helpful. There was a little bit of dirt and mould in the bathroom, though other than that it was clean. (Just in hard to reach or notice places). The bed was quite hard and springs made it uncomfortable unless in specific positions
