Spacious room, onsite laundry. Biggest regret of my 6 month trip was staying here. DONT STAY IN ROOM 9. The worst kind of dirty.

The location is relatively far from the subway station and requires about a 15–20 minute walk. However, you can take a bus to reduce the walking distance. The room is fairly spacious, with enough space to open two suitcases, and the bed is very comfortable. The area is quite quiet.

The staff is so supportive. The location is in the center of Kyoto, close to Kyoto station.

I love this place. The room is big. The bed is comfortable. Laundry is free. It is located in the middle of a Japanese residence neighborhood. The bus stop is a 6 minute walk. There are a lot of izakaya nearby. The supermarket is a 12 minute walk. The staff is very helpful. I met Sameera.who is from Sri Lanka and Jimmy, from Taiwan. They were great and very good guys.

The staff was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotel rooms in Japan, and we definitely thought this place was a great value for what we paid.

Toilet and shower No lugagge storage The room had mold and when we asked to deal with it or switch a room the staff didn't help and kept us in the same room, we had headaches while being in the room for too long!
