Location across from mall, close to different train lines, free luggage storage Check in kiosk area had no bathroom and bath tub/carpet was dirty.

Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty - especially the toilet area. The toilet seat had some stains on them, as well as the bathtub. However, everything else was great and its proximity to Kyoto Station made travel so convenient.

Great property and location for the price. Across the street from a large mall with restaurants and short walk from Kyoto station. Hotel was very clean and check in and out was simple with extremely friendly staff. If you view a hotel as a place to sleep I can not recommend this place enough. Big non-issue, but our group utilized taxis a lot on our trip. The orientation of the hotel’s property on the street made it difficult for taxis to drop us off.

Located 8 min from Kyoto station, and 1 min from the bus stop. The room was spacious compared to our other ones in Japan. Clean with all you need. The mall right in front is a good place to shop but also contains a supermarket if you need for your meals. They can keep your luggage in the reception area. You could see some wallpapers being run down, but nothing major.

Close proximity to Kyoto Station made it so easy to get around. Aeon Mall was just infront of the hotel. There was a laundry in the premises which was a big plus. No microwave or even cutleries in the room. We had to come down to the reception to heat up some food.

Third time staying here, love the location, right in front of AEON Mall and 1 block away from Kyoto Station. Easy to check in, they have laundry room and will let u borrow umbrella if its raining. U can ask for early check in if the room is available or else leave your bags at the lobby.

Good place to stay-great location, right in front of a big mall, 10 mins walk to Kyoto station. Very clean.
