Excellent hotel! very authentic and proud to be championing Japanese values, food and brands. We loved the rooms, the cleanliness was excellent, the service very attentive, kind and polite. The location is perfect if you want to avoid crowds of tourists but still stay central to different transport modes and local restaurants and cafes. The breakfast is wonderful: plenty of options to suits every taste, plenty to choose from, with some items as everyday staples, and some changing every day. I was able to taste Japanese cuisine and really loved everything they offered. There are plenty of Western food options too. We loved the daily free ice cream, coffee, great green tea and bath salts. Thank you! nothing. All things met and exceeded our expectations.

Good proximity to restaurants and several tourist sites. Clean bathrooms. Helpful front desk. Nice to get two complimentary bottles of water in the room per day if needed. Washing machine and dryer worked well and were convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Buffet breakfast was good but some of the hot items did not stay warm.

There were a few times where I needed a bowl or chopsticks or forks. But the downstairs restaurant wasn’t able to provide these. Slightly inconvenient.

Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when requesting to leave our luggage at the hotel both before and after check in. Room was cozy and we had the option with the chair and foot massager which my wife loved after our days full of walking. Convenient location for those looking to visit Nishiki Market.
