The facility was clean and well located. The staff were amazing!

It was little but perfect for a solo traveller and very clean. Location was great!! They stopped giving eggs for breakfast, not sure why, and the other options were too fried, so I felt that I paid breakfast just to eat a little croissant..

The room is very very small.

Hotel is exceptionally clean and well kept. Fresh towels are left outside your room every day. Free drink bar with a soda dispenser and a coffee machine. Laundry services are rarely occupied (but detergent is paid). Convenient location, as it's right next to multiple bus stops and a metro station. Three convenience stores and a grocery store within a five-minute walk. Check-in process could have been easier, but I don't blame the staff.

Staff very kind

Really barbecues but comes with the price. If you just need a place to sleep, this will do the trick Slightly larger space for at least a sitting table. Pillows became flat very quickly.

It’s right next to a bus station / easy to get to from the main shin station. It’s also neighbors with a Family Mart so it’s easy to get to an ATM and easy food. The breakfast was really good and diverse for how light/small it was. The staff were all super attentive and helpful. We had two twin beds and a couch in our room- it was well set up and everything was really comfortable. The staff allowed us to store our luggage pre check in and post check out, which gave us freedom to see more of the city. There’s a common area to gather, use tables/chairs, bring in your own food and use a microwave, etc. The cups in the room are small so making our own coffee in the am was challenging, but they have a free coffee machine downstairs included with breakfast so that wasn’t a big deal. No onsen.

great hotel with a great location. within walking distance of the main part of kyoto and right beside a train station. staff were lovely and right under a family mart. nothing really - i had a bath and it started to leak into the bathroom but soaked up quickly.

Great to have free breakfast. The only downside is the food selection is almost the same everyday. Perhaps should change a bit more instead of same tyle of food. The coffee machine really need to upgrade. Coffee was mild and not oomphhh.

Location. Staff was extremely collaborative, respectful and friendly The staff was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was great :)
