Extremely comfortable and well-kept rooms. My room had a nice view of the streets below as well! Free coffee and cocoa! Beautiful location with a 5 minute walk to the metro. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for all those visiting Kyoto - loved my time here.

Windows are obscured and rooms a bit small

Awesome location. Next to the river, convenience store, good restaurants, stations, Kyoto station, all the sites. Very clean and good amenities.

Loved the drink station and lobby. Nice area to relax in. Laundry room is limited so you may need to use laundromat a block down (which is not too far). Everything else was great!

Best hotel experience we have had in Japan. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The common area was fantastic, coffee and soft drinks plus tables to sit. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!! We liked everything.

Great location to explore Kyoto, down the street from local transit and across the street from kombinis. In walking distance of downtown Kyoto. Rooms were nice and it was great that there was a laundry facility. Love that free drinks were available in the lobby. Japanese toilet was a plus too The dryer took forever to dry clothes, I think the setting may be too low. Being from Europe, we just ended up hang drying our in room.

Clean, good location. No pool or hot tub or sauna.

The staff were excellent. Even booked a hairdresser for me and explained to them what I wanted. Position was brilliant. Close to train and bus lines which we used everyday. The best thing though was definitely the beds and pillows. They were the most comfortable in all of Japan. This is definitely where we will be staying next time we are in Kyoto and recommending all our friends to stay here too Nothing

Central location walkable distance to everything you need. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk to Kyoto station. A little further away from main area of Kyoto, however close to local train station. Excellent staff who helped book a doctors visit

Coffee

Honestly it has everything anyone can need. It's close to a vegan café, close to a curry place which closes late at night. The beds are comfortable. It's about 10 minutes away on foot from the station. My partner forgot his jacket and they sent it to our hotel in Tokyo and spoke to them on our behalf. The staff is incredible, many thanks for helping us out with this! A bit noisy at night because our room was facing the street, and too much light entering the room in the morning

The location was convenient for accessing the major sites in Kyoto and the sitting area near the lobby was great for having a coffee.

I loved everything about this place! The location is supreme, just a 10-minute walk from Kyoto main station, it's just a few minutes from the river where you can go and sit and meditate, and across the street from a very convenient 7-Eleven, which is great for making your own deals. And they have a nice downstairs eating area with soda and coffee machines, and it's a good place to meet people I loved everything! The rum of course, is small, but that is what we expect in Japan

Very clean and perfect location in Kyoto.

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean. We really liked the toiletries and the pajamas provided. There is a dining area downstairs with free drinks, which was very convenient. The location is great, close to public transport. Good value for money. The only small downside was limited storage space, but we noticed this in other hotels as well. It would also be great to have more washing and drying machines.
