All we needed for exploring Kyoto. Close to the station and a good supermarket a few minutes down the road. No issues checking in - just checked in near the train station and then took the complimentary shuttle to our accommodation. N/A

Good location It says “Good breakfast” but they don’t offer breakfast. It is a deceptive description.

Clean, liked the washer/ dryer in the bathroom! Felt safe. Quiet

Realy liked the friendly staff at the main location, i don't remeber who handled us but he was great and talked in english, and was friendly towards us. The television was super slow and barley worked, apps like netflix didn't work properly and we were quit dissapointed with that

We took train from Kansai airport to the Kyoto Station, and their check in office is located just 7 minutes walk away from the station which is very convenient. And the best part is the hotel provided us with the transportation when we reach the check in office which made our travel to the hotel after the collection of keys at the office. Although the transportation provided were given when we were checking in, there were no transportation when we were going to check out which I think is still reasonable given that the guests might have their own desired destinations. However it would be a huge improvement if there were an option to take the bus or van to travel back to Kyoto Station since it's a fixed route to their office. It will ease up some of the guest's luggage issue when they are going to walk for a long distance. And one more thing, one of my friend who stayed in the room faced severe rashes on both her hands and some parts of her body which we suspect might be the bed bugs or dust allergy.

Good location, nothing was more than an hour walking. Shuttle service and luggage storage was so clutch. They stay alone made me wish I would have stayed more in Kyoto!

Cleanliness level was excellent. Room was quite spacious for family of 5. WIFI, HVAC, TV services were good. Amenities were well prepared and instructions are straightforward. Provide more pillows. Mattress could be firmer.

Close to local cafes, and convenient stores giving many options for breakfast.

-location -the spacious room -bathroom and toilet are separated -the large bathtub was amazing -have laundry machine/ kitchen/ microwave/ fridge -the building was fully secured and quiet -the lighting -no access to the balcony There was a balcony, however, somehow the door was locked and could not open it. There was a small window next to the kitchen, but, could not get enough fresh air from it. -the entrance area Every time we stepped on the entrance area, the footsteps sounds was too noisy.

I liked that it had a heater/dryer in the shower area to dry clothes. Maybe slightly bigger towels would've been nice and a bath mat for the shower.

Everything is very good, and value for money. However, the Internet speed should be improved.

Room was really nice. clean and just nice for family of five. Need to pick the keys from other place. having trouble to find the place to collect the key.

Location, staff and the kids loved the bunk beds. Smelled musty already in the lobby of the apartment building. Room also smelled musty and weird. Assuming its the carpet.

The staff was friendly and nice. Good size for the price. We had a problem with the AC the first night. It wasn’t set right and it was super hot! We contact the staff the next morning and they were on it, it got resolved right away. When it’s hot as it was in July I feel they should have the AC running before you arrive to make it comfortable. You do have to walk to the office to check in but it’s not horrible plus they give you a ride to your hotel.

The location and the spacious room. The check-in counter is in another location. But was happy that shuttle was provided to go to the hotel.

I did not like the check-in process/facilities.

Good location, near major tourist spots & restaurants. For check-in, you have to go to a different location, but luckily, they have a table phone there so you can call that office directly & they can guide you to self check in. Otherwise, we'd have to drag our luggage back to Kyoto station again to check in (a 40 mins walk). I guess they encountered this problem many times, hence the phone. The room is good size for a family of 5, with kitchen and ceramic bowls, plates, cups & utensils. The microwave has a grill & oven function. I was able to oven bake chicken katsu again. I like that they have a washer & detergent. They provide some bath salt, which is a nice touch. I really like the heating fan, dry clothes quick. The sofa can be folded into a single bed. there is a bad smell coming from the washer or sewage line. As soon as I open the bathroom door I can smell it. That washer needs a good cleaning & there is lint around the inner ring, which I thought was mold. The bathroom is decent, but it also needs a good cleaning, there are pink mold around the tub corners, window & outside the shower door.

Location was good, near convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops. 10 minute walk to bus stops, 15 minute walk to train station. It was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children.
