Extremely clean, great location, value. Amazing bath and sauna facilities. Fantastic breakfast, nice lounge areas.

the facilities and staff is great the process of going in an out doesn't make any sense. I have to ask for the keys every time I come in and leave them when I go out. for a tourist that is always moving around the city this is extremely inconvenient

Capsule accommodation was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The facilities were clean. All the toiletries stuff you need are available for free. I liked best the public bath facility - onsen in the middle of the city. It was difficult to fit my backpack in the slim locker. The only inconvenience is that you have to keep your things in the locker, which is the downside of any capsule hotel.

Polite and helpful staff. Japanese style breakfast included with many choices. With limited numbers of capsules within one room, it makes the sleeping area quiet. Nice and spacious Onsen area. Large relaxing sitting area with TV on most chairs. Good location. Reasonable price. This is by far the best capsule Inn I have stayed in Japan. I will be back. There are some rules to remember but it does not bother me. Locker area could be crowded in the morning.

Great location and very good and healthy breakfast

Considering I picked a very non-tourist capsule hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and professional—even in English when my limited Japanese was insufficient. The central location in town was also a huge plus, putting me close to many local activities I had planned, several excellent restaurants, ATMs and konbinis, and plenty of shops. The idea of a capsule hotel is alluring in novelty, but not in practice. The lack of privacy, temperature control, security, or dining and bathing options grossly outweighed the novelty. Food options in the restaurant were limited, at least for breakfast. Storage space was limited to a slim locker and vaguely-monitoring large luggage in the lobby hallway. The onsen, despite being advertised as practically 24hr, is shut down for cleaning not late at night or early in the morning but from 9-10am—I’d blame this on being geared more for salarymen than tourists, but I watched several Japanese men get kicked out of the outdoor area right as I finished showering, so clearly there is a demand at that time of day. Maybe cleaning could be moved to 3am at close? Or immediately before opening? Seems very inefficient.

Staff were very helpful when I didn't know how something worked or walked me through trouble shooting issues such as drying shoes or showing how the rooms worked. Smoke will be present however that's sometime is unavoidable as it will cling onto other clients. If you're in the capsule the smoke won't be an issue. Remember to use free earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Designated areas for Smoking sometimes makes the lobby and hallway smell like cigarettes. I wish the entire facility was smoke free

I love this place. It has everything you need. The bathhouse is incredible and breakfast too. You might not want to go out from this place and the value of the room plus the onsen can’t be beat. Honestly everything is provided, it is excellent

I did over 7 capsule hotels in Japan and this was definitely the best one. Great breakfast included, facilities were so clean and the spa was amazing. It also felt more traditional Japanese, rather than one full of tourists.

Nice capsule hotel. Modern capsules that even have a TV. Breakfast is included. Toiletries and pijamas provided by hotel. Decent amount of toilets and showers. Great spa and saunas that are included in the price. Location is amazing. I was very confused where I need to put off my shoes, where to use their slippers, how to get from one floor to another. Not a big problem though but you just need to pay attention to all these things

Wow! Three floors of hot tubs with a rooftop view of the city, followed by a delicious restaurant and spa services. The location was in the heart of kyoto. I was one of the only foreigners there, which I didn't mind. The capsules were pretty small, and tattoos had to be covered even for foreigners.
