The rooms and beds were of reasonable size. Beds were comfortable. We did have to request for more towels as there wasn't the right amount for number of people staying. The washer & dryer were amazing to have! We could put washing on at night, and in the morning, it was ready to go. We could help ourselves to the drinks bar downstairs and toiletries, we enjoyed the foot spa in the evening after a long day of walking! Good location to accessing trains, and walk to Nishiki Market. Nothing to complain. Would happily stay here again!

I absolutely loved the location and the amenities this hotel offered. The foot onsen was also a nice touch and much needed after walking 20k steps daily The bed was very uncomfortable. I felt like Patrick sleeping on a rock every night.

Limpieza, ambiente, el hotel luce nuevo y los accesorios para el cabello son de una marca japonesa que me encanta, incluso compré la secadora a un buen precio. No tengo mayores quejas, solo que algunas personas de recepción no hablan inglés y fue un poco lenta la comunicación. Por todo lo demás 10

-Perfect location, accessible to everything, public transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping. Staffs are helpful: making a taxi reservation and o so on Washington machine/ dryer in the room is helpful, especially during mg the summertime. Sheet changing was not available as needed even during the long stay: we stayed five nights. Hopefully there is a possible request to change the bed sheets.

The staff was very helpful and gave us ideas as to where to dine and things to see in the area. The rooms were a good size and it was a great value for the price. The location was excellent and walking distance to shopping and places to see. I like everything about the place.

The location was perfect. Close to the subways, a short walk to Gion, a 7/11, Lawsons, McDonalds and Starbucks all within a block. The amenities were great, especially the foot bath after a long day of walking. I would highly recommend

It’s super comfy and great for value considering the amenities provided (Refa hair shower, dryer, hair and body shampoos) and services provided and its location that is very near to 7e which is just around the corner. They also helped me arranged luggage transfer service very easily for my next trip to Tokyo which only took around a day to arrive. I think we booked the smallest room so definitely 2 pax is the max amount of people that can fit in there considering our 2 big luggages that takes up space as well.

Only complaint I had: Bed & Pillows were too soft, no support at all. Pillows seemed older and flat.

The free coffee, sake, foot bath, the bedroom size, the shower pressure, the hotel staff, the location Even when we didn’t put out a sign, we did not get turn down service

Washing machines are really complicated and despite being high tech really dont work well. The foot bath closes a bit early so we only got to use it once for 5 minutes. The breakfast is not good and very expensive compared to other options nearby - I don't recommend purchasing (we just tried it one day and regretted it).

Bigger room than the Japanese average. Well located, and the staff was very friendly. There’s a foot spa in the lobby, as well as complimentary water, coffee, and sake. Breakfast could have been better.

We had a great stay here. The room was perfect. The staff were amazing and very friendly, they even left a birthday surprise in the room for us!

Our room was very spacious. We had three large luggages and were able to open them all up easily without any issues. The washer and dryer all in one inside the room was a game changer. It babe doing laundry quick and convenient. The AC unit worked really well and we overall had such a wonderful great stay. I was telling my travel friends all about it because we cannot wait to come back here. Will definitely be returning! That we couldn't stay longer to enjoy lol nothing at all we didn't like.

They had an included foot spa and coffee/sake bad perfect after a long day of walking. Kind of far from attractions around 15 min walk to Nishiki.
