Location. Even it’s in the middle of the busy city, it was quiet. It would be nice if the property provided a body-wash sponge.

The hotel is lacking suitable workspaces. There was no proper desk for working in my room, and there was literally nowhere in the hotel where I could sit and use my laptop. This is particularly surprising given that the hotel has a wonderful cafeteria with plenty of seating, but it is closed outside of breakfast hours.

Very nice hotel, you can rent a bike for free and the public bath it’s a nice experience. Near train station and opposite of 7-eleven.

Cafes close Onsen was nice with jacuzzi although small. Bit old furnishings No water bottle provided No bath exhaust fan Far walk from elevator to onsen floor

Hotel itself was pretty old it showed once you were in your room. The shower smelled like mildew but I just used the onsen downstairs. The onsen being tattoo friendly was great however the shower you take would shut off every 20 seconds so it was really annoying taking a shower before and after you get in the water. Also a bit of a walk from the elevator for those less able to be mobile.

my favorite stay in japan. amazing garden in the lobby, great breakfast options, cleaning was done daily for free , could rent umbrellas for free, bikes, was a 7 11 across the road and a nice books library on the corner. also the metro station is like 3 minute walk away. i would come back anytime ! -

One morning, we went down for breakfast and the staff laughed at us and said the breakfast was sold out. We had never experienced breakfast selling out before, and no one warned us that it could happen. When we checked in, they told us we could show up any morning and decide if we wanted breakfast.

Free use of bicycle! Very clean. 4 single beds in one room with a couch too.

The hotel was simply amazing! Very beautiful garden, friendly personnel, all needed items are either in the room or can be collected at the reception, great location. Highly recommend!
