Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, tasteful decor, good location and close to transport. I really liked this place. The only thing to keep in mind is the spa on the top floor doesn’t allow tattoos.

The location of the hotel was excellent — everything was within walking distance and it was very close to the subway. The rooms were very comfortable, and we absolutely loved the pajamas they provided. In my opinion, it deserves five stars, not four.

The hotel is in a very nice location, offers an onsen and sauna, and overall provided a pleasant stay with no major problems. For a well-established hotel like this, there should be a travel concierge desk where guests can get help with tour bookings and make reservations directly. Instead, we could only pick up some brochures from the front desk, which was rather disappointing

The property is clean. The location is close to everything, very convenient. We had a leak in the tub. Water flows on the floor that we needed extra towels to prevent it from flooding the bathroom floor.

Overall, a nice hotel on the larger side. The onsen and relaxation lounge area were nice for an extended stay. As with many hotels in Japan, they restrict use of the onsen if you have tattoos. This feel archaic and backward, especially for a hotel visited by so many foreigners.
