The position Is perfect. Very clean the room , and full of everything you Need. You can wash your clothes, there Is a washing machine and dry machine very cheap at the First floor, for the guest The receptionist that was present when i arrive can't speak english.

Near to Kyoto station and don Quixote. Clean room. Booked double room but bed is smaller than usual double rooms. Not all staff speak English so had trouble getting messages across. Stay was made worse by a fire alarm on one night which made the whole hotel evacuate and waited out in the cold for an hour with no communication from hotel staff.

It’s accessibility and room size for young family. Bathroom was very small. The rooms we stayed at had Limited windows and air circulation.

The hotel was a 5 minute walk from Kyoto Station. Was a bit spacious than normal Tokyo rooms . Just visited the hotel for a night. Close to family mart and McDonald’s as well None as such

Staff was incredibly helpful! They were very warm and made being in a new city in a foreign country feel less intimidating. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know going to Kyoto.

Good location to move Kansai Airport, Osaka There were not many restaurants nearby

Short walk to Kyoto station. 2 kombinis very close by. Hotel was nice and quite and we'll take care of. The staff were very happy to help without being asked. Thank you for my stay Nothing stuck out that I didn't like. I had a good experience.
