Close to train. Nice stuff. Free tea at the reception area. Close to TeamLabs. Not many restaurants. You need to walk to Kyoto station.

It wasn't clean, the sheets had some stains, curtains aswell. The air conditioner was full of black dirt

Kinda far away from the buzz and a 10 minute walk from the closest bus station but very modern room, great staff even though it was hard to find anyone working there bc everything is automated, there’s free water and coffee and a microwave downstairs, and it’s close to Kyoto station and kombinis, felt safe walking around at all hours but it’s very deserted The bathroom always seemed to flood after showers bc of the length of the shower curtain which was annoying

Wonderful location for access to Kyoto train station. Clean and comfortable rooms, appreciate luggage storage before check-in, laundry facilities are across the street. It would have been helpful to know that the lights don't turn on unless you put the key cards in the wall. Figured that out after a little while. The shower and sink combination is a little bit tricky to figure out.

It was relatively close to a main railway station and bus station for Airport bound busses. The closest subway station wasn't too far a way but still a good 10 minute walk. Very convenient as you are able to walk from the station right to your hotel. Very close to big shopping mall and supermarket. It has bike rentals near by. There weren't too much not to like. Staff was very friendly and even helped us with finding a parking space for our rented bikes. If I had to pick one drawback it would be its distance to the city centre. It had some restaurants and place to go near by, but generally you'd have to travel somewhere else to find a restaurant and things to do.

Close enough to the metro No laundry, No staff available early in the morning very inconvenient to have to wait until 8 am to deal with situations….

The area was excellent, near the train station, convenience stores and it was confortable.

Perfect stay with everything as expected. Great staff as well. Location is impeccable, less than a ten minute walk from the Kyoto station.

We placed a clean room magnet on the door and no one cleaned it

Location near train, free tea including herbal! Wasnt clear that we had a room in another building across the street. Room wasn't ergonomically designed. Bathroom was tiny and not designed well.

Clean and nice rooms. Free tea and coffee, and some kitchen facilities (like a cups or spoons etc.) on the first floor. Good location, near to train station and metro station. Small size apartments, but it was everywhere in Japan. There was no any breakfast, not a big problem, because you have many convince stores near with snacks and food.

10 mins walk from the train station. Great english speaking staff. Very good amenities and clean room.

It was very clean, and I loved the location. Was a good home for three days. Staff was friendly. It is a bit of a struggle with google maps to find this place.

Really didn't like being sent to a hotel that no longer exists. Pretty surebooking.com should have let us know. Also believe they should refund their money.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The location is great. WiFi was very fast and reliable.
