Dionysius is a great owner and manager with gracious demeanour and dignity. Family operated hotel and restaurant. Loved this place. Excellent breakfast.

The stuff was friendly and helpful all the time. The beach is amazing - very close, very shady, not overcrowded. The room was nice, we appreciated the window blinds for better sleep. Also, the breakfast had a bunch of healthy options. The place is located kind of far from everything, to get anywhere one would either need a car and get the understanding of the local infrequent buses. Also, our shower stank, I think there is a problem with the drain pipes there. Regarding food after breakfast, you can get something at the beach bar, but there are just a few options which are more like snacks, so to eat properly you again need to go somewhere far...

swimming pool, kind and polite staff, Private Parking Few tavernas in the area (walking distance) Close to a bus stop I cannot say that I did not like this, but I had personally underestimated that it is quite distant from places where for instance you can walk in the evenings. If you have a car it is not a problem, but just walking to the closest minimarket will take some time. That said, probably this is exactly what travelers who choose this part of the island are actually searching for. A quiet and relaxing place far from the chaos of bigger cities. Quite an authentic place and I'm happy about my decision. There is a little kitchen in the room, but it would be nice if they provided a boiler for tea and coffee. But no big issue: you can find little cheap ones in the minimarket closest to the hotel.

The rooms did not match the appearance shown in the website photos, and the bathrooms were small, cramped, and not properly cleaned. The air conditioning units were very old and did not function effectively.

Decent hotel, but should have more carefully read the reviews, those saying it's dated and doesn't look like the pictures are correct.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days, and we were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and warm welcome we received from Dionisis, his wife, and their daughter. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and kindly offered guidance on the best places to visit around the island, which made our experience even more memorable. Although it was not the tourist season, Chef Billy prepared a variety of exceptional breakfasts for us each day and even asked for our preferences when it came to the breakfast menu. We were treated to a delightful platter that included pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses, Greek yoghurt with nuts and syrups, as well as a different style of cooked eggs each morning. Will be staying at this place again! The only minor issue we encountered was with the hot water — at certain times of the day, there was a brief wait for it to heat up during showers. However, we raised this with the property owner and it was resolved promptly.

very friendly staff and excellent food for dinner. This place is a bit away from the crowded touristy places. You would need a taxi (around 20Euros) or a bus. Regular public bus service, except for weekends. Hotel staff was super helpful in arranging tours around the islands, which came at a very good price. Dinners were the highlight. Every day chef prepares something special for the night. Private beach and nice swimming pool.

The location was right on the sea and where you can see it from the balcony. Breakfast was full of variety, fresh, nice food.

We were warmly welcomed from the start, with great attention to detail and excellent customer service. The staff’s friendliness and the family-like atmosphere made us feel right at home. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Location is great. Room was big and clean with beautiful view. Personal was nice and respectful. It’s far from the city and you will need a rental car or taxi

The Breakfast was very good with multiple options. Dinner also very tasty at a very affordable. Some staff members were kind and patient with our child. WiFi signal very good. Car rental and driver arranged quickly at an affordable price. Pictures for booking are very well taken but misleading: - Shower is dirty with limescale. - Toilet floor gets wet when we were flushing. - The drain on the floor is coming off giving a foul smell. - Plug near the baby bed (that was a sofa converted in bed with just one sheet on) completely busted/off the wall. Baby Hazard. - Air-conditioning working slowly. - Stroller in the entertainment and family service advertised but not provided. - No personnel doing the night shift. In a 4 stars hotel the night porter has to be there for emergencies. - If you dare to take 2 biscuits or 2 small panini for your child to bring with you after breakfast they question you. You are not allowed to take the food in the room. No room service. No breakfast in the room. - They try to charge us more for the dinner we had at the restaurant. 80 euro more and my husband showed them the receipts as a proof. - Location in the middle of nowhere. There is a bus that goes to Zante but nobody knows where to take the bus for the way back. People have been charged 50 euro by a taxi to come back to the hotel.

the room was not as we expected, when you were taking a bath at the door from the bathroom, water was flowing into the room, they forced you to take the card with you from the electricity and all the electricity went out, including the refrigerator, the air conditioner was very old, I do not recommend the hotel the room was not as we expected, when you were taking a bath at the door from the bathroom, water was flowing into the room, they forced you to take the card with you from the electricity and all the electricity went out, including the refrigerator, the air conditioner was very old, I do not recommend the hotel

The hotel was really nice, right next to the beach, great breakfast and the room we were in, had a beautiful sea view and it was spacious. The staff was super friendly, they helped us with car rentals and because we had an early flight, they gave us breakfast box to go. Reccomend
