"Delux" room booked in the new appartment area: The room was not prepared (Bed + bathroom with old sheet and towel). Then we changed for a new room but we had no warm water during 2 days and we asked serveral times for support but they changed nothing (no reaction and no cost reduction). Warm water and support from the hotel - Don't go there
