The location is fantastic. The facilities are excellent. The chef and food not as good as it used to be due to a change in approach. Our room had some real problems despite being lovely. The sewer smell in the toilet room. The fact that the shower controls were not working properly. The A/C fan only would not work if the doors were open. No operating instructions for the odd but lovely espresso machine.

Amenities: pretty standard & healthy, you wont find fuzzy drinks in their minibar Cleanliness: spotless clean with selection of pillow to choose from Room features: external high end speaker, bathtub & amazing shower room Quality: high-end Customer service: pretty standard for such hotel with vale services to check in Facilities: SPA was very good experience & it was great service from our therapist Food and beverage options: healthy & amazing Location: 20min drive from the St Tropez Services: amazing Value: during our stay was average Euro 1100 room service was not something we were expectation, options are limited & restricted as per the chef timing. Low value for money

Everything was beautiful and the food was GREAT. Be aware the location is out in country so once you are there, you will probably be staying there for meals, etc. unless you use their transport. Location was stunning and very relaxing. Mosquitos/ insects (part of being in the country) but the hotel provides plug-ins that you can use for mosquitos.
