It was central and in a great location for hiking the Gr92. Honestly, it was soulless. Very outdated and rough around the edges. Have stayed in far nicer hotels on the Costa brava at same price point. Breakfast was ok, but nothing memorable. Kind of a letdown. If I stayed in L’Escala again I would pick somewhere different

Lovely Hotel, short walk to the beach and restaurants, excellent breakfast and staff were friendly. Parking was available on site. There was nothing to dislike about this Hotel

No frills, good inexpensive hotel. It may look a bit dated, but still everything I needed was there, even free parking (which isn't so easy at the Mediterranean coast) - Street side rooms might get a bit noisy from 7am, so next time I'll be asking for a backyard room.

Great apartment, 7 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Very quiet at night ! Breakfast is superb. Parking is available. Hosts are very friendly. No fridge in the room. With the temperature outside it would be great to have possibility to cool water in the small fridge.
