Cozy, friendly, amazing spot for a winter stay I liked everything, very welcoming!!

very welcoming and warm atmosphere, super friendly staff, very good breakfast. Games for kids. Restaurant downstairs is a great option especially because there is not much around. Food in the restraint was very good, we enjoyed our evening! Thank you! the rooms are a bit worn, but everything is very clean. So we didn't experience any issue with that. A bit more electricity sockets would be helpful

Very relaxing and charming little hotel. The outdoor hot tub is definitely the highlight of the hotel. Watching the stars while being in there was amazing

Everything. The location was superb for walking and visiting the Cerdagne. Book early fir Train Jaune i couldn’t get a ticket. The staff were amazing from Reception to the servers to the manager. Extremely helpful thoughtful and kind. The food was outstanding well worth it but book your table it was full every night with good reason. As a single woman I was made to feel very safe and taken care of There were excellent outdoor spaces with Hamam sauna and hot tub. I wasn’t there long enough to use them but I will definitely return very soon God willing Nothing. The road is busy but the hotel was there long before that busy road. The double glazing sound proofs and it is quiet at night when sleeping

We particularly liked the outdoor sauna with mountain view. The restaurant serves excellent food at a good price. The breakfast had everything you could wish for. The spa area is rather small. Chairs to lie in are only found outside. The bathroom is rather old-fashioned but has everything you need.

The view was amazing. The room was nice and it was clean. We were initially shown to the wrong room and after unpacking, told to move. Nothing was offered to compensate us for the inconvenience. The sauna was closed, the steam room was closed - despite the hotel being full. We specifically booked because of those things.

The meals at the restaurant were first-class. We stayed for a week, and the food was exceptional every single day.

Good location. Good food. Breakfast a little disappointing. Mostly unhealthy stuff. Coffee and juice from a machine.

I should have reserved dinner for the first night because I didn't contact with hotel person about it. However, I ate a fabulous dinner on the second day. And I also appreciate the breakfast cake made by the hotel staff. The hotel manager talked to me in English in friendly. I like her personality.
