Enjoyed my stay at the Peace Hostel. Very laid back, friendly staff, good WiFi service and a few friendly doggies walking around the place. N/a

I liked the ability to park inside. The staff Silvia and Greti were warm and welcoming, and flexible. Noise outside the room from people sitting outside their room talking until late at night.

The decor was cute and if you want privacy while paying for a dorm price, this is your place! Don’t forget eye mask and ear plugs. There are heavy drapes between the “rooms”, super nice for a dorm set up. Be sure to bring a lock. There is a nice big chest to lock your valuables up in! Nice staff and laid back. I was able to check in/out with more flexibility than a lot of places (keeping in mind it’s low season and the rooms are not booked up). Lots of dogs. 420 friendly. There are a lot of scary dogs nearby (behind fences but they love to jump at you and bark loud). The noise at night on Sat nights, there is a big party nearby which I believe to be weekly and despite earplugs or noise canceling air pods, I couldn’t sleep until after it ended at two am. Maybe a little sleeping meds that night?

nice staff. free coffee and water (from a common cooler; not indiv bottles). big common tv and Netflix. nice common kitchen and shared cooking utensils and common cups so you don't need to bring ur own. just wash when done. nothing negative.

The staff were really wonderful. And, the compound itself was well designed. The sinks outside of the restrooms were an excellent idea. Great place! I'm not sure if I saw any tours or listed activities in town for those interested. Perhaps a bulletin board would be a good idea.

Well equipped kitchen, lots of outdoor space, small table tennis and fusbol Thin walls - can be loud if lots of people stay in the hostel. With lots of people thw place can get dirty easily

I’ve never seen before shared bedrooms with so muuuch privacy. The bedroom was a boat container and to separate every bed they have big curtains, nonetheless the best it was that every bed has their own private door to go out of the room, so is not necessary walk into the whole bedroom, you can stay and the same bedroom and not know there are more persons there, of course if they are noisy you will notice but I really loved that privacy. Also the staff is very relax and helpful and also the owners The breakfast is really simple and when I arrived there wet not more fruits available, however good facilities in other things are so much better than free breakfast

Very cute and well kept hostel with friendly staff. Has all the usual facilities (kitchen, ping pong, shared showers) and nicely painted housing. Location is ok, 20 min walk from the shore, supermarket a block away. They do a common BBQ on Fridays (which I missed sadly). Bring a lock for your locker.

Staff nice but not knowledgable. Container cars are noisy due to metal walls. Staff took a very very very long time to do simple requests. For example wanted cash for tour payments but did not know how to give a receipt indicting they received the cash. One staff person/woman was drunk.

Backyard, kitchen, close to groceries Things that never expected to happen in a hostel, happened. Please see details below. This is for the management to take a clear look at what happened and make serious changes accordingly, for people who travel be who you truly are, never let others put you down.

Clean, good kitchen, breakfast of toast and cereals and banana, AC in the rooms, curtains in between the beds for privacy which is nice. The price and a bit far from the coast but also only 15/20 min walk.

Breakfast was pretty ok, at least hot coffee is available For that price (very high as for Mexico) they should offer at least free towels. Very basic accommodation, very poor conditions, our room was stinking. Dirty shower and WC outside. Certainly not a place you want to come back!

This was my second time returning to the Peace hostel. I always feel welcomed by Carlos. I love the privacy that is created with the curtains in the shared dorm. Breakfast is yummy and I like that there are a variety of hang out spaces.

The staff, kind volunteers, was really nice and helpful The place was not clean (except for linens and towels). The kitchen was particularly disturbing, the refrigerator had not been cleaned for months. (Also the dishes left by the guests were not nice; this has to be dealt with in a better way than leaving them in the sink). Since there are volunteers working there and a paid cleaner, it is actually the managing that needs rethinking, so to consider cleanliness as a priority. The bed in the couple room was rather small: just for couples we like hugging
