The big balconies, the decor, the light and airy feeling of the rooms and corridors. Very minimalist The Indigo sign shone into our room all night. Not pleasant with bright lights shining in.

I had wished that they had some night time entertainment. Maybe a small band or DJ for dancing - just something to do in the evenings without having to drive into town.

The size of the bedroom could be much bigger

The pool was not heated and was told by staff that the hot tub jests have not worked for months! Thoae 2 things were a bummer.
-
The hotel and pool area were clean. for the price, I would expect better customer service. We asked for a better room and they did not accomodate and the hotel was empty. I would also expect complimentary coffee in the mornings like most other hotels offer.

Very clean. Good restaurant options at the marina. Beautiful pool. Over 5 miles to town limited some of our activities

Everything is perfect i love this hotel and the staff fabulous The cost of the taxis and cars

The hotel does not offer 5-star amenities, even though it is advertised as a 5-star property. It’s actually a small hotel, and I’ve stayed in 3-star hotels around the world with larger and better-equipped rooms, as well as more complete amenities like nicer pools. The beach club is pretty and well-organized but quite small, so I’m not sure how it would handle high-season crowds. There were also issues with communication. For example, “breakfast included” only covers the Americano breakfast, but this isn’t explained anywhere, so we still ended up having to pay at the restaurant.

Quite and clean Nothing

My rate through Booking.com was 60% higher than my friend’s rate who booked through a travel agent… how can that be ?
-
staff was very friendly & attentive, everything was clean and the massage at the spa was everything!

I liked everything the hotel was pretty nice
-
Everythinh from the hospitality to the quality in details.

The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a mirror in the room. Just the bathroom. I was traveling with my adult grandson, so it made it challenging for us to get ready at the same time.

Everything was wonderful I loved everything

The location and the pool on the beach! They were very understaffed and we had to wait a very long time for everything (at the restaurant, room service, at the bar etc...) for the price per night I feel they should have more staff and better service
