Seven Crown La Paz Malecon

Location is perfect and the view was great Room was hot when we arrived. It was 105 degrees outside and when we checked in. The windows in the room were open and no a/c was on. The phone in the room did not work and two of the windows in the bathroom did not close. We also encountered a giant cockroach in our bed and brought it to the desk and nothing was done.

I loved the location but at night the location was challenging to sleep. The main road was very loud at night with cars and loud music. The hotel provided ear plugs but it didn't help

Room was clean. Right in front of the beach. It was kind of noisy at night. But you are right on the beach.

Too much street noise

Location and staff Our Room should’ve been bigger one and we got smaller one. Not sure why no need to argue about it it’s a vacation

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance from a lot of things. Staff was kind and exceptional, met all and any needs. Parking available and free. Highly recommended.

El restaurante Quinto piso es lo mejor de las instalaciones, La ubicacion es la mejor, en el malecon viendo hacia la bahia, los 3 meseros del restaurante es lo mejor que se tiene en el hotel, y la calidad de los alimentos y la presentacion de los mismos es de primera calidad, felicidades al gerente del restaurante y a los muchachos que atienden las mesas. los pasillos son ruidosos, faltan letreros de silencio para que la gente se contenga un poco haciendo ruidos, los filtros del AA estaban excesivamente sucios, los limpie por mi cuenta y fue la diferencia, deberian tener un programa de limpieza semanal. los cubrecolchones son plastificados y hacen ruido incomodo.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are helpful and great like most people in La Paz. It is located across the malecón, with a beautiful view and walking distance to restaurants and locations. The roof top restaurant is very good and with a wonderful view of the sunset. If you party until dawn, it is perfect. But the noise at night from party buses and cars will not let you sleep. On the weekends the mouse lasts until 3 am. The ear plugs that come with the room don’t work. It was very hard to sleep. The noise! All night long.

My car rental I was disappointed.

Very clean, location, and staff Nothing

The location was perfect! So close to everything! I stayed in the 5th floor and the noise from the restaurant was a bit much at times. I suggest putting a door to separate the hallway. We also had a pigeon next right outside our window die in the mini split

Water pressure very low

Perfect location. I was expecting a nice view but I just had a cement wall. So having a balcony with a cement wall in front of you is kind of pointless.

The room was lacking a bar fridge, sufficient or any racks for drying towels or bathing suits. Only one chair in the room to sit on.

The view, the staff, the room, it was all excellent Nothing

Room looked out onto the bay-beautiful sunsets! Very near dock- 3 minute walk to dock where most of boat tours and diving tour started.

Great location and view We booked the master suite, but were given a junior suite. Listed as 40 sq mt corner suite, with totally different pictures from the room we received. Our room was less then 30 sq mt. I simply asked to be given a refund for the difference between the two suites, and was rudely disregarded. Booking.com also failed to correct or address this blatant false advertising and bait and switch tactic. Pretty disappointing. The pictures show the so called “master suite”. Totally different than what they represent in the listing.
