Good location. Air conditioning was good enough Sunday evening. We wanted to use the pool. Getting there: Loud crap music at the pool, people completely drunk, smoking weed and drinking in glass bottles (everything that in theory is prohibited by the hotel rules, but the useless staff ignored…). Watch out if you are traveling with your family. This is not a place for you

The staff was extremely helpful. When I asked to be accommodated in a lower level room, they did not hesitate. Due to the capacity, I had to wait until the following day. They had told me I would probably have to check out with my bags and wait until the room was ready. The room ended up ready before check out making the transition extremely smooth. If there is anything you might need for the beach, they might just have it as a rental. More accessible amenities, like seating in showers and added handheld showerheads would make for a more comfortable stay. Another railing by the steps in the pool entrance would be a great upgrade, especially for those with limited accessibility.

Loved the gardens and pool. Convenient having good restaurant. Super friendly helpful staff… We were inundated with ants one evening. We had to move rooms at 11:00pm. There was evidence the problem was not new. The problem was confined to the bathroom but overwhelming. I asked for some economic compensation for this incredible inconvenience but was told our room was upgraded in the midnight transfer….we were leaving the next morning at 8:00am and I haven’t heard back from the management. …great little hotel but I probably won’t stay there again.

It’s got a lot of potential. Good location with beach views. WiFi didn’t work. No complimentary tooth brush/toothpaste, and bathroom shower head seemed to be missing? So it was just spraying everywhere. The hotel needs a facelift its overall kindve dated.

3 of our race team members including myself, stayed there. The 2 rooms we got were beautiful, had nice balconies, and were next to each other. The rooms were clean and quiet with the exception of the a/c in my room. It was pretty noisy, like a squeaky bearing. This time the a/c in the bedroom was noisy. I didn't realize it until it was too late to make a change. Everything else was fine.

Pool are is very nice Cleanliness, uncomfortable bed, staff

the pool and size of the suite or apartment was wonderful. Kitchen a bit understoccked, but we didn't cook much so ok. We did not like the restaurant, expensive and meh.

We would have coffee on the veranda in the mornings. It was quiet from the rest of the world, no street noise. I recomend El Moro whole heartily! The only thing that was a double edge sword was the fact that you trade peace for inconvenience. We took idrive many times to get to town.

The rooms were huge and very well equipped for multi day stays. The garden and pool were beautiful and very well maintained. It was quite far from the main part of La Paz and I had not realized this when I was booked the place. If you don’t mind walking 25 to 30 minutes along the Malecon into town, then it’s for you.

The location is incredible. Feels like you are in an oasis.

Very nice pool, location and restaurant. Clean and safe.

Comfortable. Everything you need. Right on the malecón. Easy to get around. Really nice pool and property
-
It was quite expensive and there were several things which either didn't work in the room or which needed figuring out (such as, which switches controlled the overhead light and fan). I should have done better research and realized how far from the center of town it was - needless to say I got thousands of steps in!

clean, friendly staff, and amazing restaurant! Chemma, Emily, and Jordy are awesome!! beds are extremely firm and hot water in the shower doesn’t last most than 10-20mins

Beautiful hotel convenient located off the Malecon. Everything was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped and our room overlooked the pool area which was nice. Kids and adults liked like the pool. Toilet overflowed once, but was a minor issue that was fixed right away. Nothing else to complain about!

Hotel is great. Nice swimming pool. Apartment spacious and clean, quiet, cool. Not too far from downtown La Paz, right on Malecón. Restaurant next door gives you everything you need, great service, good food! All was good. No comments at all. Will come to stay again.
