Hotel Catedral

I love everything about this hotel. The staff is great, the self-parking in the underground parking garage is easy, the complimentary breakfast is incredible, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the views are great, the neighborhood is great and the malecon is a short walk. We were able to get into a 4th floor room and that was a huge plus. Honestly? Nothing.

This was our second time staying here. We like the clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, and delicious included breakfast buffet. Views from the rooftop bar and pool are great. The location is perfect, too: a short walk to the central zone, malecon, and Tacos El Estadio. Excellent value for what you get. Bathrooms could be better appointed. There were no wash cloths. As for soaps etc., only shower gel and shampoo were provided, no conditioner or lotion which are usually standard amenities. Fortunately we brought our own.

The property is in an excellent location for restaurants, shops and the waterfront. Quiet and relaxing even though it is in the center of town. Everything was great no complaints.

Close to everything you need in walking distance I didn’t like that the bar rarely had staff and they couldn’t get the games on the tv

It is in the prime location and so many places are walkable from this hotel. The rooftop pool is awesome, with beautiful views all around & a great bar. The breakfast was incredible & so tasty. The staff was friendly & so helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. The beds were a little firm and there's no view from the room.

The property and the rooms themselves were so clean and comfortable. The location could not have been better. Everything was within walking distance. The restaurant at the property was very good and the bar tender was very kind. All staff members were so welcoming and provided exceptional service.

Is comfortable and food is great! No complaints

It was beautiful and this is our second time we stayed at the hotel. We love the hotel and staff! Waiters at buffet, Rafael from the bar and the 2 on the top bar were very friendly and went beyond good service! One day money was removed from our wallet. It’s not much 200 pesos but we were very disappointed. I count money and take picture of what we leave and when we came back 200 pesos were missing and we have left money for cleaning staff.

The pool is great, fantastic view, bar and veyr friendly staff, the fact that you park just udner the hotel is really a great add. The room was OK, 2 double beds with external light. the bathroom is a bit old. The breakfast was improvable, the buffet didnt have a healthy, lighter sleection nro the opportunity of havign eggs made at the moemnt which is what i would have expected for a 4 stars hotel. The thign of being nect to the cathedrla is that SUnday at 6:30 am the church bells started rigning and woke us up and that happend again at 7 am and then at 9:45.

Breakfast was good. Free parking in a secure basement lot is really good, and the location is unbeatable No view from most rooms, and sliding doors to the balconies do not lock. No fitness center

Delicious and varied buffet breakfast. Wonderful central location. Spotlessly clean. Gorgeous interior courtyard. 99% of the staff were helpful and very professional. We stayed in two rooms: the first had a terrible view (we were told no rooms had a view of the ocean, which was not true... though it is far away!)); the second had double (not queen) beds that were less comfortable. We are hoping that next time we stay we will got the jackpot: a room with a view *and* comfortable bed big enugu for the both of us.

Great location for a safe and easy walk to most everything. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Food was very good Clean rooms and lovely sunset views from rooftop pool area. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Church bells were a nice touch. Stayed with two teens. Enjoyed it all.

Clean, comfortable, great view from the rooftop, wonderful breakfast and good location. Amazing staff. I was very happy with it, any issues were dealt with right away.
