Location was great..price was affordable..very clean The electric outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone and laptop

The location The staff was rude upon arrival. They up charged us from our confirmed rate from 870p to 1005p. One staff member actually called us names thinking we don’t understand Spanish. We booked a room with two double beds and got one double and a twin. Room was in back with no outside windows. There was black mold in the bathroom and the beds were horrible. We come to La Paz a lot. Won’t be back to this hotel.

No breakfast was offered. We liked location The first night it was exremely noisy, lobby conversation on first floor. Changed location to second floor. Roaches (3-4) in bed in the corner when I turned down the covers. No hot water.

Nothing. This is a terrible place to stay. Read the folliowing review and stay away. One of the worst experiences I've had in years of travelling. I strongly advise against booking here, unless it's an absolute last resort and you're completely out of options. When we arrived, we were told that there were no rooms available, despite having booked in advance and received a confirmation. We were two families, comprising four adults and a child, and were told to come back the next day. While the attendant was friendly and tried to help, their limited English made communication difficult, and we had to rely on Google Translator. After much discussion and phone calls to management, we were offered one room with two double beds with no additional bed or crib provided for the baby. As a result, we had to squeeze two adults into one bed, and two adults with a child into another bed. The next day, we were finally given the two rooms we had originally booked. We asked the management for a refund for the first night due to the inconvenience, but received no response. In addition to the booking issues, the hotel itself was of extremely poor quality, with an old and badly maintained building that urgently needs renovation. The hotel's advertising promised a mini-bar, but this was far from the truth. The pictures on the website, were completely misleading. Our room had only a bed, an old table, and a collapsing armchair. There was no closet, wardrobe, or even a shelf, and we had to leave our clothes on the floor or in our suitcases for the entire week-long stay. The hotel offered no laundry facilities, iron, hair dryer, fridge, cooler, or coffee machine. This was not even a 1-star hotel, let alone the 3-star rating it claims. The washroom area was separated from the beds by semi-transparent sliding doors that were only about 5 feet high, with no lock. As someone of above-average height, I hit my head on these doors twice a day. The toilet seat was also off the toilet. I have photos that I would share if possible.

Restaurant next door All the staff were great, except for one of them. He was a reception desk person. Kind of heavy set, black hair and works the morning shift occasionally. I don't know his name. Quite frankly the guy was a pervert! I ignored him the first time but the second time he made sure I noticed his sexual proclivity! The guy was rude and perverted. I planned on staying longer- I had already been there 5 days but I grabbed my belongings and ran out of there. He was absolutely disgusting. Not returning.

Location of the hotel is excellent, 2 mins to the Malecon, the sea, & the Aqulia Bus station if you are coming from Cabo/San Jose. Shops, restaurants, ATMs etc all within walking distance in 5 mins. Well kept rooms with fridge, A/C, mine had a sea view!
