This property is a perfect lux option when going to La Paz the view from the balcony is gorgeous. You get a welcome drink when checking it and the staff is very friendly. The pool is in the same location as their beautiful rooftop that is open to the public so it’s a bit difficulty to enjoy the pool while people are eating.

The property was in a great location one block from the malecon, dinning. Great spot The only issue i had with the room was with the shower, we had room 201, the shower has a large window from head to toe and you can see everything from the outside. ??

Location was close to everything so walking around was easy. Nothing.
-
Zero sound proofing in the rooms and outside is very loud. Didn’t sleep much at all over 4 nights.
-
Very uncomfortable bed, and loud barking dogs next door, almost no sound insulation

Great views Do not appreciate the scam that the deposit we put up at check-in is later told to us is a "credit" to use at the restaurant. If we had used this "credit" we would not receive our deposit back. It isn't a credit, it's the actual deposit, so basically my money that the hotel is saying we can use at the restaurant. Had we not inquired, we would have used said "credit" and then lost out on my deposit. Do not appreciate this trick and almost losing out on the extra fees I almost lost.

Bathrooms are trippy. No place to put anything. They need better access to drinking water. One little carafe for drinking and they can't give you any more because they don’t have any more containers. Pretty low level for an expensive hotel.

Lovely room with view of the water in a great location near restaurants and bars. Amazing rooftop patio.

Restaurant was exceptional... Need more parking

The bed was stiff, room ac was too cold. The noice level was crazy, lots of construction. For a luxury hotel lots of noice in the room.

I was extremely unsatisfied about the staff. The hotel is very loud and the rooms are hardly isolated. On top of that I cancelled a reservation at their restaurant and they never refunded the 30 usd reservation fee (after several reminders).

I loved the location and architecture of the hotel. It was very spacious and the ocean view was amazing. The staff were very nice and attentive. I didn’t like the concept of the restroom. There wasn’t a shower door so after every shower, the floor was covered in water. Housekeeping only gave 2 full sized towels and 2 small ones.

The staff was amazing and always available. Food at both restaurants on site was delicious and reasonably. The location was perfect, with free street parking easily available within a block. There's a grocery store a block over and tons of great restaurants and shops within a few blocks - without even going to the Malecon. We stayed in a corner room on the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the water and sunsets. The fully sliding doors to the balcony and hammock were nice touches. You could hear some noise from the rooftop (not too late) or street, but not enough to disrupt sleep or prevent relaxing. Otherwise it was very quiet and private with only 4 rooms per floor. The shower was huge and had great water pressure. The bed is firm but comfortable. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely come back again. The bathroom counter doesn't have a ton of space, but there are side shelves that make up for it. The room is big but narrow with the TV, right next to the balcony door so it felt like we were ducking around it a lot until we realized the doors opened all the way.

Location, cleanliness, style of architecture, view. Cool place, I’ll be back. Breakfast starts at 8 and no coffee anywhere ahead of that. I’m a charter pilot, get out early. So no coffee for me at 7, that was rough. The gal at the desk did point me to a coffee shop down the street, they open at 7.

We were luck to get room 401 which is on the corner with wrap around balcony for amazing views. The room itself was very well designed and totally unique with practical touches and high aesthetic details. They had a private party above us on the Saturday night which wan until the early hours and then the next day we had the builders above us sanding so it was pretty noisy for half our stay.
