Great but it would’ve been useful to know that breakfast was included. Staff should always mention this.
-
Location, staff and cleanliness No small fridge in the room or ice maker machine in the property
-
It was very quiet at night. The rooms are good size and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is very nice. It’s up the hill 3 blocks but right by some great restaurants and a very nice market.
-
Staff, cleanliness and location. Rooms need better ventilation and get updated.
-
Great location at a good price and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
-
It’s very nice. Was only going to stay one night but ended up staying 2. Going back in a month and will stay there forsure. Very clean, nice staff, good location, breakfast was good. Nothing it was good
-
Very pleasant with a high class touch! The staff is very nice and we’re flexible with some minor details that we needed addressed. It was perfect
-
Ceiling fan broken, hotel dated, iron didn't work.

Was able to walk to MALECÓN and location where many boat tours use as departure location to the fiscal port. Also enjoyed the pool for kids. The complimentary breakfast was adequate however I enjoyed other local spots. Our beds were too firm for side sleepers, and the walls are thin if you have noisy neighbors in the adjacent rooms.

For us during Carnival it was a good location with a very short walk to the entertainment center. We had a great room with living room and Bedroom. Overall, it was okay. Really no major complaints.
-
Great customer service! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, very centric.
-
The bathroom was leaking water
-
The pool and the breakfasts and location The rooms are old and not well iluminated
-
The location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the ocean, the main strip, markets and an abundance of restaurants and bars. It had a small heated pool which we made use of during our stay. We had a room with a kitchenette, so the room was spacious. The hotel is nice, but it is a little dated.
-
The beds were a tad on the gard side, but absolutely everything else was fantastic!
-
Rooms facing the street can be dark and cheerless— better to face the courtyard and be able to open windows.
-
Service was excellent. Room was ready for us. Everything worked in the room, except the bathroom fan was pretty noisy like parts were loose. Beds and lighting were adequate. Very close to the Malecón and museums. Free breakfast was good.
-
The location in the gastronomic area was close enough to the Malecon to access easily but far enough away to stay away from the discoes.

Safe, great location, helpful and friendly staff Decor was a little dated, kitchen don’t have many amenities (no oven etc) but it worked great for our purposes
