lots of mosquitoes in the room. problem made worse by cleaning staff leaving door open while cleaning the room. No real remedy except a plug in RAID repellent.. layout of room is a bit unconventional although it did end up working out well. the minibar fridge in the room was a small Peltier cooler so there was not enough room or cooling power to store personal food, drink, or medications.

This stunning hotel stands as a testament to the designers’ meticulous attention to detail. The staff and service here are exceptional, providing top-notch assistance at an ideal location in the heart of the city. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a very pleasant stay in La Paz.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No hot water in the shower the first day. Our patio looked directly onto where the workers would repair, paint etc. we had to keep our windows shut the entire time for privacy.

amazing staff from check in through our whole stay! The rooftop has amazing drinks views and staff are very attentive. The hotel feel very exclusive to guest making it feel like you’re the only one staying. The pool has a small bar near by so you don’t have to go far to order a drink. So many amenities to guest just love love. Wish we would’ve stayed longer!!!

Location and ambience. Staff were very nice. Our shower had no hot water, so was unusable and for $360 a night we expect to be able to take a nice warm shower. Cold is not acceptable.

Heart of Malecón, busy street but it was designed like you are engulf in lush trees and palms The deposit system. The deposit was the same amount of your stay which is ridiculous! Yes they refunded back but took couple of days.

It’s beautiful. The staff takes great care of the hotel, they’re all friendly, they work hard to make sure you enjoy your time. I have no complaints

Gorgeous property! Right in the heart of town! Staff was amazing! Excellent food! The spa was amazing!

We looked up the property because we assumed it must have been somewhat old or historic based on the condition of our room… nope, it was built less than a decade ago. It’s definitely in need of some upkeep and repairs, and the bathroom especially didn’t seem like it had been cleaned or maintained in awhile. It didn’t feel worth the price.

Location, breakfast I think the property its a bit neglected. The towels, both in the room and at the pool, were old and damaged. The aspect of the room and everything inside it didnt correspond to what I payed. Overall, it's overpriced for what they offer.

The front desk staff tried to be very helpful within their limited abilities. The property had an upscale feel. Housekeeping was not helpful and did not do a good job. Our first room didn’t have hot water in the shower and the bathroom outlet didn’t work. The fix was to run an extension cord from the bedroom to the bathroom for the outlet. That hotel is entirely too expensive to be stumbling over extension cords in your room. They also didn’t have washcloths. Housekeeping swore there weren’t any in the hotel but the room they switched us to had them. The drinking water provided in the room wasn’t replenished and two items from the snack bar were added to our tab although we didn’t take them. (Front desk removed them when we questioned the charges. Again, the front desk staff was helpful.)

The location is perfect and the hotel has so much potential. My room was comfortable and the AC worked really well.. I find this to be very overpriced and in my opinion it's definitely not a five-star hotel. It was off peak when I stayed and so I was one of the few guests but each time I walked in and out through the restaurant and bar there is usually about 6 staff members just standing there with nothing to do. Yet despite the fact there was so much staff, the service was only average. The food was okay but nothing spectacular. One example -- on my checkout I told them I was about to order a taxi. I was carrying my suitcase, a bag and I had my dog with me and there was two or three people at reception. Yet nobody offered to help in any way to call a taxi or help with my luggage. I think this probably comes down to management and the lack of training of staff on what really good service is. Another example - On my second day I came back to my room at 1:30 lunch time and my room still had not been serviced and the room service food from the night before was still in there. This is really surprising given the really low occupancy in the hotel.

Nice location No air conditioning

This is one of my favourite hotels (Top 3). It is quiet, comfortable, extremely well located and beautiful facilities. The pool is a dream, the bar near it is great and the SPA as well. The rooms are large and beautiful, well furnished, comfortable and quiet. Another bonus point, we often go for activities such as diving or snorkeling and this is a perfect spot to head to different types of activities in the morning. Finally, the included breakfast in the courtyard is truly delightful.
