The location, the view from the roof. My room is small bit it works, and bed is comfortable. Filtered water for shower. Filtered water dispenser. Free coffee. Quiet. There are so mosquitoes on the ground floor!!! I notice there is a pond of sorts next to the kitchen. I got devoured i. The kitchen then the downstairs bathroom. I urger owner to drain that water. I stayed in small room with shared bathroom. The shower and toilet are both o. The ground floor where the rooms are upstairs so it's a bit inconvenient. There is also no stool nor chair to sit when putting on pants. The showroom. If you are not physically fit, book a room with attached bathroom.

Amazing location to the beach, there's food across the street and blocks away, and its super clean! Host is incredibly nice and I loved hanging out on the rooftop!

This pension was a clean, well-organized, and quirky labyrinth of rooms, floors, gardens, amenities, and artistic touches, all watched over by the wonderful Umi the cat. The hardworking (Japanese, Spanish, English trilingual!) owner has been running a tight ship for 21 years and goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome and cared for. The bed was hard for my taste (found myself tossing and turning a bit to get comfortable). The toilet was leaking when we first arrived but was fixed by the owner quickly.

The rooftop patio was a great bonus with a view of the sunrises, sunsets and the marina.

Ideal location! Seriously, unless one is right on the water, this is hard to beat. It is only two blocks from the Malecon. Right across the street is a great little restaurant for breakfast or lunch, clean and great prices. On the corner, maybe 50 yards away are three really nice restaurants. Location was perfect for this price. I really loved the price! Plus the lady who works there is very nice, speaks perfect English and helps. For me, I am over 60 and have enough money to stay in very nice places, but I hate wasting money, so this was perfect, three nights for the price of what my normal places would be. I stayed in a solo room, and it was very small. I have done that before, and it does make me appreciate luxury more, but you know, the value was so darn good for the location and it was clean and all was good.

Very good accommodation for the price. Cozy, "rustico" decor appealing. Kitchen a benefit. Extremely clean! Need table lamps on each bedside table for reading. Sheets could be softer.

Wonderful! Easy walk to Malecon, restaurants and shops, clean rooms and spaces, quiet, charming and great staff. 100% recommend!

Great location. Wonderful staff. Very clean. Awesome rooftop balcony. Bed was a little old / uncomfortable

Agree with a previous review about paying attention with the money transaction at check in and make sure you get a receipt for the key deposit. Have stayed there a few times and would stay there again.

Absolutely perfect place to unwind after a day exploring La Paz. Hostess was beyond friendly and helpful. Love the community kitchen and shared spaces. The sweet kitty was the icing on the cake.

I don’t even know where to start, but this place is amazing! Staff room facilities the balconies you have over there, roof top with amazing views. Everything works not smells and its just value for money and even more! I am impressed

Excellent location. I stayed in a single bedroom with shared bathroom and kitchen and it was very good value. The room and the whole place is very clean and relaxing. The room has everything you need A/C, fridge, TV even hangers! I extended my stay and it was a great decision to relax and unwind in this beautiful yet affordable place. Just one thing to note the bathroom and shower were not on the same floor I was at. Just something to note but it was not an issue for me.

We were a group of 5, and preferred to stay a bit off the typical “resort” path while traveling around. This place was amazing for that. It was unique, clean, perfectly located for local restaurants or tourist restaurants if needed. The owner and her family were also so welcoming. We booked one night and ended up staying 4 nights. We loved it so much, we just kept booking another night. Also, the local cat-LOVED HER Nothing.
