I wish they covered the food on the buffet table during breakfast like with other hotels and not just leave them open all the time.

Loved the large balconies in the suite. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The jetted tub was awesome. Nice amenities. The breakfast was good. The pool was very nice. It was very odd that you had to walk in front of people’s table and chairs to get to our room. Layout of hotel was strange except for the suites at the ends.

Breakfast was ok for the price. Facilities, rooms are a little dated and bathrooms need update, mold on doors and fixtures in shower were old and in need of replacement. Luggage racks or benches in the room would be helpful since there are no dressers for clothes storage, we had to keep all suitcases on the floor without a place to put our clothes. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very attentive at the spa, restaurant and hotel.

The jacuzzi, the bar and restaurant staff. The reception is very tiny,they don't have or don't respect the order in the line because there is no lanes,2 or 3 staff at the reception and only one doing the check ins,the shower wasn't working until I call the front desk to fix it.

The location was fine. A bit of a walk to the Malecon but it's a nice and safe walk. The breakfast was okay. Just what you would expect from a buffet. The drinks were good for the most part but the staff was very attentive. I would have liked to have more towels available in the room. Also there was no place to set your suitcase on, other than the desk or chair provided. That would have been useful since there is no place to unpack your clothes. The closet is pretty small. It would be nice if the pool was bigger. It appears bigger in the photos posted on the website.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are always friendly and it’s a really good value. This is my second stay here and I would definitely come back again. Can’t list anything here.

Water leak in the bathroom and no hot water for an early shower.

The staff! I have a blind husband and they were very helpful when we requested a change in rooms to be closer to the elevators.
