Location and staff The toilet was broken-you had to take off the top to flush it. Also there was no hot water.

This is a shit hotel. The price I paid. Will give you a 5-star hotel anywhere. No hot water. Toilet not working. There are no facilities in the hotel. Maybe it is for short-time only, and this is why I got this ridiculous price I paid None

Have stayed here before and like the property. It was all good except the local carnival celebration where the celebration is constant booming and lasts until 4-5 in the morning.

The location was very good. Hated how loud it was during the night, busy taco stand under the window which opened until about 3:00AM. LOUD MUSIC most of the night. No one in our party of 6 could sleep.

I had just a single night's stay and was lucky to be given a sea-facing room where I watched the sunset from the small balcony. Everything had been recently renovated and the room was large and light, the bed was great, the sheets spotless and the wifi strong. I'd be happy to stay again.

Location is great. Right downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. The balcony was a great place to watch the bustle of the town. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Bano/Bathroom smelled badly of urine, Room didnt feel like it had been cleaned except the bedding from the previous guest. The guy beside my room snored very loudly all night! ( not the. hotels fault though) On street parking only and no designated hotel parking.

The location is very central, a good place to base out of to explore the area. The staff was very accommodating and personable.

The location was the redeeming factor. Our room was not clean, counter was dirty. Our room was on the street side, as a result it was busy and noisy. We were on the second floor, the stairs were awkward as they weren't evenly spaced.

No breakfast It’s a very noisy place to stay for over . Not a lot of sleep. The first evening the bathroom smelled of sewer, so had to close the door, to save the room.

Very basic hotel. It was what we expected for the price. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so was acceptable for our duration. Maybe a blanket would have been a bonus.

Very centrally located One block from the beach ?️ Half min to a very nice plaza Walk out front entrance turn right and anything a person needs from food to hardware is located along a four block boulevard with lots of shade garbage cans and benches to sit on and relax and ponder why in the heck I did not discover this place decades ago like all the other Canadians and Americans who are everywhere here Locals are very friendly and helpful The best part is it as safe as possible Hotel is not dog friendly as advertised and they almost did not let me stay until I showed them they are number 3 out of ten for pet friendly hotels Had to pay 150 peso extra per day Hotel staff fell in love with my dog after less than a day

Location is always good That they are now trying to charge 100 Pesos per night to store a moped inside the courtyard something that's been free for years. One of the reasons I go there is that they allowed a safe storage for an expensive bike. I was furious that this was not posted in the booking here before we re rented this. Also they boast about free breakfast but that is no longer. I think they sold to another person because now it's run like a joke and all they want is cash cash cash. I have spent over 10 different times and sent many of my friends. However I will no longer talk about your hotel nor recommend it. I myself may also never stay again because of the dumb new rules. Being greedy will never get you anyplace !!!!
